The gummy’s taste great and are a soft chewy treat to get your sweet tooth, but don’t get stuck in your teeth and don’t cause any kind of nausea from vitamins. Personally, I can take this in the morning and have no upset stomach. I research ingredients extensively to make sure I’m putting high-quality things into my body with purpose. Would recommend to anybody looking to get more nutrition, vitamins, and especially hair growth!

I’ve officially finished an entire bottle, bought another, and then bought two more, so I think that answers whether I like them. They taste good, the texture is actually pleasant, and taking them doesn’t feel like a daily punishment. Can I tell you whether they’re doing anything? Absolutely not. 😂 But I’m taking my prenatal every day without having to choke down the giant, nasty pills I remember from my last pregnancy, so I’m calling that a win. Will continue buying. 5 stars for making prenatal vitamins significantly less miserable.

My wife has been using these and so far she’s been happy with them. She says the taste isn’t bad at all, and they’re easy to take without a strong aftertaste. I didn’t find a single prenatal during my first pregnancy that didn’t make me sick, so I went without. From Ritual to Needed powder and capsules and everything in between. I saw this at Whole Foods and immediately went on Amazon to buy as we gear up for our next baby. A gummy isn’t ideal for nutrient absorption but I’ll tell ya what, it’s delicious and it’s better than no prenatal. It’s also organic and has folate not folic acid so it gets this crunchy mom’s stamp of approval. Will be recommending to all my moms.

Great organic option for prenatal vitamins. I would say still take an iron supplement , as these do not contain a lot of iron. Still great option , not too sweet. Does not upset stomach . Chews just like a fruit snack.

These have been my go-to since I was early pregnancy all the way through to now 7 months postpartum and still breastfeeding. I was kind of skeptical about an Amazon supplement but during each blood test my levels were always good, including B12. I did originally choose this multi because it uses Methylcobalamin instead of the synthetic Cyanocobalamin, which is not only absorbed better but also typically indicative of other ingredient quality. So I'm glad I did, and completely recommend this to mommas :) They also don't stick together and have a pretty good taste for how effective they are. ps. Not a bot! <3
