What does "rusk" indicate on the package of Brandt Zwieback?

Brandt Company apparently calls Zwieback (which stands for twice baked) also rusk, but after some research I found that Rusk is a Scandinavian bread like Wasa Knäckebrot.

How much has the recipe/ingredients changed since the 70’s?

It has changed like everything else. Smaller and ingredients changed. More money for less product but still good enough for the baby.

whats the ingredients?

I haven't used the product in years. It is a crisp European style biscuit, not as hard as biscotti, similar shape but smaller about 1/4" thick by about 3" long. It isn't good for dunking into liquids. I use it mainly for cheesecakes because graham crackers overpower the delicate taste of the cheese mixture. It has a unique taste. I let my children use them when they were teething, but that was over 50 years ago. Try contacting Brandt for the ingredients.
