I purchase this laptop for an online class that Im taking used if maybe three times since my class started on August 19th and now the damn thing will not power on .

Possible defect
Purchased this in November 2024. Worked great until February ( not even 90 days). The power button did not engage even when fully charged. HP support refused to help. I decided to return to Amazon (did get a full refund). I believe it is an overall good product and perhaps I just received a defective one. The only thing i didnt like about the laptop is that you are not able to choose an alternate, permanent browser. You have to use Microsoft Edge which means all of my saved password (that are on another browser) didnt work via Microsoft Edge.
