this supplement is really ease my join pain but the ingredient turmeric let my body felt hot even my lips feeling burn. I have stop for a couple days now and let what happen. If you are not sensitive with turmeric this a very good supplement for join pain.

I bought this product 9 days ago, the heels of my feet kill me when I walk and have been for over a year or longer, as of the last couple of days my feet have quit hurting and the only thingI have changed is to this brand of glucosamine.
