I really liked these protein pretzels as a healthier snack option. They’re crunchy, satisfying, and a great alternative to regular chips when you want something salty but with added protein. The variety pack is nice because you can try different flavors, but not all of them are equally tasty—some are better than others. The texture is a bit denser than regular pretzels, which is expected for a protein snack, but still enjoyable. Overall, a good option if you’re looking for a high-protein, convenient snack. I would buy again, especially the flavors I liked most.

These protein pretzels were a nice surprise and a convenient snack option when I want something with more protein than regular chips or pretzels. The variety pack is great because you get different flavors to try. The Everything flavor was my favorite since it had the most seasoning and flavor, while the Sea Salt one was lighter and more simple. They have a crunchy texture and are pretty filling for the size of the bag. I also like that they’re low carb, keto-friendly, and have no sugar, which makes them a better choice for healthier snacking. The protein taste is a little noticeable after a few bites, and they can feel slightly dry at times. Even so, I still enjoyed them overall and think they’re a convenient option for quick snacks, especially when I want something higher in protein and lower in carbs.

I was honestly not expecting protein pretzels to taste this good, but these completely exceeded my expectations. The crunch is perfect, just like regular pretzels, but with the added benefit of up to 28g of protein, which makes them a great snack after workouts or during busy days. I also love that they’re high in fiber, low in carbs, and have no added sugar — it’s hard to find snacks that check all those boxes. The variety pack is a big plus because you get to try different flavors. My personal favorite is the Everything flavor — super flavorful without being overwhelming. They’re filling, convenient, and actually satisfying, not like some other “healthy” snacks that leave you hungry. Definitely repurchasing!

Of course it’s not like eating Synders Pretzels, but high protein and low carbs, it’s fine. I liked the everything flavor, and the sesame flavor I really did not like, but by getting the variety pack, I was able to sample 3 flavors. I will get more. They’re definitely acceptable if you want protein and not carbs. I researched and this was the best ratio product I found. Enjoy!

I so wanted pretzels, if you want pretzels DON'T get these. I started with the sea salt flavor. It tastes like salty protein powder. I had to force myself to eat them because they aren't cheap. Even chip dip didnt help them. I then tried the sesame, slightly better, but still not amazing. The everything bagel isnt horrible and the only reason why this got a 3 star. Yes you can still taste the protein powder, but the onion and garlic carries it enough to not make it feel like baked chalk.

If your second guessing whether to order them or not I urge you to try them I had seen these a long time ago on Amazon but was skeptical about purchasing them in case I didn't like them when me and my husband found them in the stores one day and bought each flavor to try and these have an amazing flavor now we order them two boxes at a time every two weeks along with the flaming ones we get two boxes as well they have amazing flavor they don't leave that funky aftertaste like a lot of protein items do and the macros are amazing and the flaming ones are not super spicy they just have a little heat with amazing flavor

Love the crunch! It's often difficult to find a crunchy high protein snack. These have the crunch. The first bag didn't really awaken a desire for more due to taste profile. However, I now enjoy them and can substitute the crunch for potato chips and get more protein. I have reordered this variety as well as the sesame flavor and hope I enjoy those too. The salt is not too much and satisfies when you need salt. Expense per bag limits me from giving a 5 star rating.

Not terrible but doesn't taste like a pretzel. Doesn't have that yeasty flavor. Satisfies the keto craving for crispy/salty. But has a powdery rather than firm crunchy bite. Tastes like protein powder. Good for a keto snack mix with nuts/seeds/dried cheese. Good in place of a cracker for cheese spread. Doesn't satisfy the hankering for a sourdough or regular crunchy pretzel flavor. But better than others I have tried. Will probably buy again.
