I bought the first one, but it missed a USB. Looks like Amazon just shipped a return unit. I ordered another one. It came in like a brand new this time. However, after spending hours finishing the three setup files and plugging the USB into the machine, the machine does not recognize its own USB. I tried another new USB, but the machine does not recognize any USB. My hours of effort were wasted. Return it again!!!
