Love this bag, has many areas for items

I have shopped around, but always come back to this bag. It’s my third, and finally upgraded to the leather version. The interior is a light grey nylon which makes it easy to find items Inside. The sling and zippers are perfect for easy and secure access to items while commuting/traveling. I don’t think I will ever be without this bag!

I have a microfiber bag of the same size (small) and it carries everything I want to carry efficiently - iPad Air, iPhone, point & shoot camera, makeup bag, etc., etc. The only thing I needed to compromised on was the size of my wallet. I downsized to a small wallet so I could use the outside horizontal zippered pocket as its storage location. I agree with some other reviews stating that things have a tendency drop out of the large vertical zippered main compartment if not tucked into the inside pockets. Otherwise I love how this bag can hold a host of heavy things but not feel heavy on your shoulder with the way it slings to the back or front. The espresso leather version of this bag is soft and very nice looking. My hope is the leather version will wear better than the microfiber bag, which has been difficult to clean. I'm also hoping to purchase a medium size red leather Ameribag at an internet rate to use as a travel bag, but unfortunately it's not offered through the same reseller - but regardless, this is truly a great bag!

I had this bag in microfiber for summer travels and loved it. Great space and lots of pockets to organize all you need with varying degrees of security.I opted for the leather version this time in the small size. I wanted a bag that could not only take day-time activities, but could also serve in a moderately nice restaurant or a business setting. I've used it every day for about four months, and it still looks almost new.Really fantastic for traveling. Small was plenty roomy. Your water bottle, camera, phone, and Kindle (or mini I-Pad) easily coexist with all the other things one carries in a bag. It is also very comfortable to carry, even when walking all day.My only reason for almost giving the bag 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of a slash-proof strap.

I first bought this bag in red leather when I was in Kona, Hawaii at a little store called "Jim's Shoes." I loved it's sleek appearance. It fits over your shoulder perfectly and doesn't constantly fall off. The strap can be adjusted easily. I decided I needed a black one also so I purchased it on Amazon. Great quality leather and the interior holds together really well. Lots of pockets. It comes in different sizes but even a small size holds alot. This style bag also comes in other materials but I prefer the leather. I always get alot of positive comments from women when I carry this bag. I love it so much I purchased one for my daughter and my sister. You will LOVE THIS BAG. Well worth the price!

The design of this bag is great. The bag ends up on your back and the weight of the bag is evenly distributed and frees up your hands! I got the leather bag - great construction. Had it 2 years now and counting - use it every day, in all kinds of weather and it looks great. Sometimes I overstuff and the zippers do not break - good quality zippers - I'm buying another one - only bigger.

Dislike that it came apart right after minimal use ! Had these in the past and they were very strong & tough. This completely just started fraying at the shoulder strap seam.

I've had my first small leather bag for over 15 years and loved it. Very comfortable and nice. The small works well for me. I own an older extra small too but don't use it much as it's a bit more awkward getting into because of the smaller access opening. So I ordered another small (to replace my worn out one). When it arrived, it seemed so much bigger. I have laid it out over my old small one and it is indeed a bit taller and wider than my old one, but not as much as it looks and feels I debated on exchanging it for an extra small, in hopes they've made those larger too, but I don't know if they have. According to the measurements on line, it doesn't look like they have. Maybe as I break this small in, it won't seem so big. The new one has another pocket (sort of a hidden pocket) that my old one doesn't have. I like that.

The most comfortable bag I've ever carried. OK, it feels heavy when fully loaded, but I don't come home after a full day out with sore shoulders. Light coloured lining makes a big difference to ease of finding stuff. My bag is packed as follows: outside back pocket, sunglasses; outside velcro pocket, paracetamol, eye spray, lip salve, small perfume vial antihistamines; OUtside zip pocket, 2 mobile phones; outside open velcro pocket, tissues; inside tucked away pockets variously stash my pens, diary, purse and business cards, the long pocket at the back has my rolled up baker boy hat and the zip pocket contains feminine hygiene items. If I wanted to, I could carry more, but don't like to empty the whole thing out to get at stuff - but I could easily fit in a kindle, iPod and at least a 500ml water bottle. Oh, and i've attached a carabiner to the top hook inside for keys. Can be comfortably worn on shoulder or across body front or back. Double zip on front for easy access wherever you want it, but it is secure against your body. Quality of leather exceptional, soft and doesn't mark (unlike my Radley messenger bag which was marked within 2 days). I use for work, beach, trekking around forests and shopping. Not fashionable, but classy and 100% fit for purpose. Worth every penny.

Fabulous bags. I've had one for a number of years and it's as good as new - this isn't a replacement, but an additional one in a different colour. Well designed, multiple pockets and extremely comfortable to use. I don't know anyone who's had one who doesn't get another, which probably says it all!Have to compliment Amazon on their excellent service, including when products come from a supplier, as in this case.

Many very well made compartments with no shortage of room for everything you’d ever want to take with you even though I purchased the small version. This is my third small size Healthy BACK BAG and it isn’t small in my estimation.I thought the leather would be softer and I would have preferred that.

This bag has lots of useful pockets, is well organised, and is just the job for everyday use.Its like a tardis (bigger on the inside) and holds everything i need.
