I decided to buy this product thanks to the reviews, after viewing many other products with negative reviews. I was right in my decision to buy this product as I am very happy with how they work. I love their conveniency and how easy they are to use. The number of batteries they use is also appreciated, every other product I looked at required 6 batteries per grinder, but 4 batteries per grinder is much better. I also love the different settings the grinders have for both the salt and pepper. The added lights also add to the aesthetic of the product. From the moment the package was shipped, the seller was in contact with us with usage information of their product, which was very appreciated. I was also pleasantly surprised after receiving the product by a free gift that the sellers were giving away, which was unexpected and very kind of them. I am 100% satisfied by the product and the treatment by the sellers, and would recommend others to buy this with no hesitation!

This is my second set of these, as I returned the first ones shortly after I received them. In that case, one of them broke when I opened it to refill it. But I liked the overall design as well as the rubber caps to keep the salt and pepper from “shedding” onto the table, so I sent them back and they were replaced promptly.I noticed one of the new grinders seemed to go through batteries very quickly. So I kept replacing them as needed. Shortly after replacing the batteries for the fifth time in less than a year (and I don’t use them all that often), the grinding slowed down so much that nothing would come out. Even with new batteries, it struggled to operate, then finally just quit.On the other hand, the second grinder would start grinding but not stop. The activation button on top would jam in the ON position until I could manage to maneuver it off.I love this style of salt and pepper grinder, and I’m sure I will replace these. But it won’t be with the same brand.

If you like salt & pepper, you need this! Thanks to my dear friend who is a great chef with a background of owning restaurants across the country, I knew I had my work cut out for me when it came to her birthday gift. What a great find and gift this turned out to be. No sooner than she opened it, and all our friends wanted one. I found this exact set at twice the price at every other well-known high end retailer (WS, SLT, etc). Just by chance, I decided to look on Amazon and Voila! What a great price! No salt & pepper shaker can compare to the great anti-oxidant benefits of freshly ground pepper and freshly ground salt. With this easy to use set, you can have that special sprinkle on your meals every day.

we try at least 10 different brands but this is the first to fulfill our needs. we live in a area with high humidity... those ones are the first which really stop the salt from clogging

The grinders are easy to use, efficient, and look great. From a cook's perspective, the grinders make one-handed seasoning while cooking very easy. We highly recommend. Even more important, the customer service from the seller was absolutely world class. We had a bit of a hiccup with one grinder and the effort put forth to remedy the misadventure was perfect.

Purchased this set of grinders about a month ago. Was impressed with the quality look and feel when I opened them. Exceeded my expectations. Very impressive to display on the counter. Once I installed the 8 batteries required for the set, it worked better than I expected. They work smooth, quiet and consistent. The button on top is easy to use and they are now the conversation piece in the kitchen. Purchased through amazon but received a personal hand written thank you from the owner. That happens very infrequent in this day and age. I feel confident that if I have any issues they would take care of it. Highly recommend!

Normally, I am not the person writing reviews. This time, however, I feel compelled to write a review. In January, I bought an electric salt-and-pepper set from LuxeCulina. However, the salt mill did not work correctly so I contacted LuxeCulina. After verifying this was a defective item, I was informed that a replacement set was on its way. Since three months, my wife is using the mills extensively and they work flawlessly. They are a nice addition to our kitchen. I feel that LuxeCulina's response to the problem was really exceptional and worth writing this review. They really stand behind their product.

These grinders work great for my peppercorns and Himalayan salt. They are easy to use, quiet, and the motor works better than the last set I bought that was a different brand. They also arrived VERY quickly. The best part, though, is the company that sells them. When I received the grinders, I also received an offer for a free vegetable peeler, which is currently on its way to me. The company emailed me to make sure I was satisfied with the grinders. I am very impressed.

Pepper mill sheared of at pepper corn holder not repairable would need replacement but can not seem to find any contact detailsOn inspecting the salt mill this is going to happen to this so must be poor materials or designHave also seen other reviews saying they have had the same problem

Look good on first appearance and easy to fill and set up. However even brand new batteries struggle to turn the mechanism. One of the top closures on one of the mills does not close properly so it doesn't look so neat and seems to make the batteries run down quickly.

My first review is below but sadly I’m now leaving a poor review as I’ve noticed rust around the base and some of the salt has turned orange which I presume is rust also. Disappointingly the seller has not returned my messages but thankfully Amazon have refunded me.We had tried another cheaper make which were hopeless so hoped that by paying a bit more we would get something that worked and I’m pleased to say they do! The light is surprisingly helpful and they seem very sturdy. I had the offer of a free peeler too and it was a pleasure to receive such a friendly personal service when I contacted the company to arrange delivery.
