This pack of 100 HB pencils are made from Noth American Basswood rather than pencil cedar and are as such very easy to sharpen. They have a standard 2mm graphite core and a rubber tip.Included in the box are four free erasers and four free plastic sharpeners. The pencils come unsharpened and in packs of 10 in cellophane packets. They have a traditional hexagonal shape which is easy to grip.What I relly like about the pencils is that the are made from Basswood. This wood is a species of Linden (Lime), which is ideal for woodcarving. This pack of pencils is therefore ideal for anyone looking to try carving pencils or pencil leads.They are of course, equally useful for sketching and writing! A great classroom pack but also great to stock up your office stationary cupboard.

When placed for an order to review, these SIKAO 100 pack of pencils were listed on Amazon for £14.00 in late April 2022. They come in packs of 10 x 10 in a cardboard box, with some pencil sharpeners. The pencils do need sharpening before use, but that is simple enough to do. The lead is strong and not brittle like you get with some cheap packs of pencils. If you are into pencil drawing, the HB hardness is suitable for sketching, and detail work. The rubber/eraser on the end of each pencil works very well too. I can therefore highly recommend them to you

I like this product because I can use in every day on myself and on my children when I do homework I don’t have to worry about where is the pencil where is the pencil I know that have mini and they know that they have mini and they can use them.

Priced at £14.00 (at the time of this Amazon Vine review) for 100 x 2 HB yellow pencils with erasers, this makes each pencil 14 pence each. This is not bad but I have bought 144 x 2 HB yellow pencils with erasers for £10.00, which of course makes each pencil considerably cheaper, and the quality of those pencils is comparable to these.The pencils arrive in a plain brown cardboard box (wrapped in cellophane) and inside there are 10 x 10 3 HB yellow pencils in a resealable cellophane packs. There are also some bonus items in the box, or at least there were in the box I received, and these are five small plastic manual pencil sharpeners; these are not bad quality for a plastic pencil sharpener. There are also four individual erasers which are quite attractive with coloured polka dot paper sleeves, and they work well enough if the one I tested was any indication.The pencils have a hexagonal barrel and are comfortable to hold and they are all unsharpened. I tested sharpening them with both an electronic sharpener and one of the small manual ones that came with the pencils and the pencils sharpened well and easily. The pencils seem to write and drawing as you'd expect from a 2 HB yellow pencil -- nothing fabulous, but it does the job. The erasers on the pencils are the usual quality you get from a pencil with an eraser i.e. you only use the pencil eraser if you cannot find a better eraser.There is nothing wrong with this product but I do know that you can buy similar quality yellow pencils on Amazon.co.uk for less money, although the cheaper pack I've bought before is currently unavailable so if they they do come back in stock then they might not be as well priced as before. Because of the price, I have awarded 4 rather than 5 stars. It *is* a good product and the bonus 'free gifts' are a nice touch.
