Quality is excellent
Perfect very light for women not bulky at all. You can fit a Samsung S6 any other bigger phones will not fit if with phone case. You have separate compartments one you can put your keys in. Phone if you want to if not You can put in small pocket tissue or small pocket wet wipes. You have hole to put your headphone wires in. On one side you can put a small bottle of water. Comes with free cloth. Also has a reflected on the front which is a bonus. Not used it yet but will do soon on my walking and jogging. I will update my review. Came well packaged.i phone 8 just about fit in without the case. This is very basic and slim running belt. I hope these photos help. The bottle fits fine just the right size.

Bounces about
Needed a new running belt after mine died- so brought this.A costco water bottle (slim 500ml bottles work) fits in the holder perfectly and it holds my phone, cards, keys, gym fob, and bits and pieces no problem. Two pouches- a flat one for your phone and a pocket for everything else. One of the elastic plastic clips fell off on first use, but I don't tend to use them anyway. However, though the advert has a slim woman with the belt, the belt itself is quite large- took some fiddling to get it to a tight enough size for me to wear without it bouncing about (29inch waist in clothes). The lack of a slip for the excess material also means I have around 40cm of spare belt flapping as I run unless I tie it, which looks a bit silly. The more weight you have in it, the more it begins to bounce and shift, so you end up tightening it as you run- if the buckle is already against the clip this requires you to stop and fiddle about with feeding the material through etc.It is good for holding your stuff in the gym if you're doing less active movements.Overall, its a good belt for the price, but needs some design tweaks to make it awesome.

Its a good belt
Pro: Nice fit, well constructed belt. Two pockets with zips including a waterproof area. Con: The water bottle holder is *very* tight, to the point that it's easier almost to take the belt off for a drink rather that pull the bottle out. Guess it means the bottle won't escape (there's a retainer as well).

Not good for running :(
What is annoying is that the quality of this belt is really very good. BUT... as soon as I started running it moved about all over the place and drove me bonkers after about 10 seconds. I had to leave my water bottle as that just made it worse. Ended up having to wear it super low down on my hips, but even then it rode up constantly throughout my run. It will however be good as a bit of dog walking kit as would imagine that over jeans it won't move. Sorry but didn't work for me at all as a running belt.

Ideal for running
This isn’t like your normal bum bag, it’s very slim and you can just fit your keys in one compartment and a mobile phone in the other. My phone has a 7 inch screen and it just fits, any bigger would be a struggle. Best is the drink holder. A small bottle of water ( 500 ml/1 pint) tucks in easily and it’s doesn’t bounce around. Belt feels secure and I’d recommend you have the compartments front facing . Really pleased with this product

Well made, needs a lot of adjustment to run comfortably
This is a well-made product and good value for money. The strap is wide and robust and does not move much once on. However, if you're using a bottle in the holster, I recommend you fill it up, put the belt on and practice jogging to see how the belt moves. I went straight out without practicing this and for the first 2km was wrestling with trying to make the belt comfortable. For me, the best place is low across the hips, and if I can pull a bit of my belly fat on top, it reduces the up and down movement of the belt when it is made heavy by the water. When the bottle is half empty it is a lot more comfortable. The pocket for the phone is *just* big enough for my OnePlus 5t especially with the headphones plugged in and the smaller pocket is fine for a door key or bank card. Overall I would recommend but advise experimentation before you go on a run!

Very good...
The belt has been worn on a number of runs now and remains comfortable. The pockets are ample - I can fit my phone, keys, energy bars and a hat into them; you can get another version of this with 2 bottle holders, which although ideal would start to become unwieldy with the belt fully loaded. Any negatives? The belt would be better if it had a loop to take up and hold in any loose ends. Other than that, well worth it!

Running hands free
This belt is something I was really looking for. I’m diabetic and have taken up running. I don’t leave the house without Lucozade that brings my sugar levels up when they go too low. Now I don’t have to hold it in my hand but I can safely pop it into the water bottle holder and run hands free! It’s great, comfortable and secure.
