While these earbuds are designed with ergonomic comfort in mind, we recommend limiting prolonged use to no more than 5 hours per session. Prolonged wear beyond this duration may lead to ear fatigue or discomfort, even with ergonomic design.

What should I do to get better quality sound out of this IEM ?

When receiving new IEM, try burn-in: Play music at 50% volume for 20+ hours to optimize driver performance.

I received a product without shrink wrap and with signs of use. Is this new?

Great value for money

Very difficult to write a subjective review as not only are all ears different but our choice of sound also greatly different. I can write that these IEM's are superbly made and fit MY ears very well indeed. Likewise I also enjoy the sound production. Of course all subjective. I highly recommend them.

Amazing tonal balance.

Finally! an IEM that doesn't have boosted muddy bass, fits and isolates really well. Its is basically neutral and sounds awesome for classical music or vocals that would otherwise sound shrill.
