Amazing bike
Bike is amazing. Easy to use and easy to assemble. There’s also a video to watch for assembling it. I read other reviews where bike doesn’t turn on even when battery is charged. It actually happened to me too but it’s simple fix.1) make sure you turn on the power button on the battery.2) make sure you connect the battery all the way down. This happened to me and figured out it wasn’t connected all the way down to make a connection.

They are durable and well designed
So I’ve had my bikes for 2 months now and they’ve been awesome to ride. My wife and kids and I live in a historic town that’s also right next to a college town and both are filled with restaurants, shops and parks. These bikes were my first purchase of any kind of motorized or electric bike and I’m well satisfied. The bikes are durable with a solid frame and tires. The modes of speed are perfect; you can go anywhere from 10mph—35mph. I tested out the speed of the bike one day by taking it to the grocery store for a few items and was pleased to see how well it kept up with traffic. The batteries have been great and long lasting with a simple charger that can recharge it in a few hours. But by far the best thing is how my heads we turn when we take them out, everybody seems to love the way they look and can’t stop waving at us when we go for a ride.

You pay shipping to receive and to return the bike. Be ok with that!
Hey Sheila, the battery needs to be lowered, it's not in the right position. Unfortunately, it will hold itself too high and not make contact. You gotta move it down so you can only see the battery itself, nothing underneath it should be showing. Just look at the bike's ad pics, you'll see what I mean. So, I got two of these bikes, and the first one was great, so I got another. But the second one didn't have a battery! Seriously?! And now they want me to pay to ship it back? I already spent $250 to get it here! They messed up, and now I have to pay an additional $250 to ship back your problem. So after spending $500 in shipping, i'm out of a bike? Your business model sucks. Sheila shouldn't have had her experience either. We both spent time putting the bikes together, only to find out we needed help, and these online businesses don't wanna help. Amazon should be more involved and ensuring they're the merchants our honorable.

Great for a level cruise with a passenger
The bike arrived quickly—less than a week, not two—and was easy to assemble. Initially, the front brakes rubbed significantly, but an extra disc was included. After swapping it out and adjusting the brake pads, the issue was resolved, and the brakes functioned smoothly without any more scraping. The first ride felt solid overall, though sharp turns required some adjustment due to the fat tires and heavier frame. However, two aspects stood out as drawbacks: the braking distance, even with firm pressure, which might warrant an upgrade to hydraulic brakes; and the torque, which felt underwhelming. At 180 lbs, a 15-degree incline was sluggish, and at 45 degrees, the bike couldn’t manage it at all. For now, I plan to maintain the current setup until the battery runs out, at which point upgrading to 52 volts seems like the best option.Riding with my girlfriend, who weighs around 120 lbs, is fine for short trips—about 15 minutes to and from our local hangout—but isn’t comfortable for longer rides.**Update:** After three rides, the braking has noticeably improved. Whether they needed time to break in or warm up, they now perform better, I can now skid in the dirt and stop faster on the road. That said, I still plan to upgrade to hydraulic brakes since stopping with my girlfriend onboard is slower, which could be risky in crowded areas. This bike isn’t designed for high-speed rides on dirt trails—the shocks are weak, bottoming out on rough terrain, making it feel unsafe. However, that’s not the bike’s intended purpose, so I don’t fault it for that. It does exactly what I need: cruising on the road and occasional off-road rides with my girlfriend.Does anyone have a wiring diagram or can take pictures of the wires to controller, need to reconnect mine.

Very smooth ride
Very smooth ride on this bike. Assembly was a pain a little not going to lie but make sure you take your time and tighten everything correctly. The ride is great. It is pretty comfortable. Not the most comfortable thing in the world but it works good. The speed is about 30.6mph top speed with full throttle. The pedal assist is good I just wish it had a cruise control function like my other ebike so you don’t always have to hold down the throttle. I would definitely purchase again if I had the choice. My daughter loves riding on the bike. Wish it had arm rests for her though that would have been nice. She is 8 and pretty tall for her age and she fits back there comfortably and she really enjoys it. It has a little bar where she can hold onto. It works just enough. The headlight is not that great so I put an aftermarket headlight to brighten it up on night rides. So far I have put 60 miles on it and it runs like it’s on the first mile brand new. The battery is kind of a pain to take off so I just leave it on when I’m charging it. I still have yet to take it on a long ride to see the actual range on it but I plan on doing that soon. Over all it is a solid ebike it is very heavy though so beware of that.

Actually 4.75 Stars (because of one bad connection
I bought for my Son (6ft 6inch 250 lbs) who doesn’t drive a vehicle. Overall great reliability. It has broke once after six significant rides. The main black (negative?) lead inside of the battery pack had a poor connection. Causing an extremely low power situation (condition: horn & light would momentarily work poorly. Controller would not power up) that would escalate quickly to a no power situation. After repairing the issue (simply reconnecting the factory connection firmly) this ride has proven reliable & convenient. We did have a frustrating moment however we are very satisfied overall.
