We have a dog that has severe allergies to certain dog food. This brand does it job by helping my dog maintain a healthy lifestyle. He likes the taste along with the smell. The ingredients are of great quality and nothing is extra in it which is great. The price may be much but worth the value of the money.

Blackwood Sensitive Skin & Stomach Lamb Meal and Brown Rice -We’ve been feeding our dogs this kibble exclusively for several months now. We transitioned slowly from their previous food. First and foremost, they devour this kibble and lick their bowls clean.The kibble size is small, and at first I was concerned about our dogs, 50+ pounds, gulping down the kibble and swallowing it whole. That hasn’t happened. Instead they’re actually chewing more than they did with larger kibble. The smaller kibble size along with the formula seems to be contributing to very healthy digestion. Our dogs never have upset stomachs, gas, diarrhea.We’ve noticed it doesn’t take much of this formula to keep muscular weight on the dogs. Be very careful not to over feed this formula. On the other hand, if you’re looking to add muscular weight on your dogs this could do the trick.Poops are firm and well formed, averaging once or twice a day, making cleanup easy. Their skin and coats are healthy and shiny. Scratching and licking themselves is almost nonexistent.So far, we’ve never had a bag arrive torn open, or with holes in it. We’ve never received a bag that was compromised by moisture getting inside. Blackwood bags seem to be very sturdy compared to other manufacturers.Our experience has been there is very little to none in the way of kibble dust, crumbs, or crushed kibble in the bag. We’ve NEVER opened a bag where the kibble looked or smelled bad. We’ve NEVER experienced a bag containing any insects or contamination of any kind. All in all, this is a good quality kibble that is very well packaged.

Value is much higher than our previous brand with dehydrated bits you can see. Does not have a bad smell. Our very picky canine says it tastes great and no complaints about the texture or ability to chew the bits. Our canine has multiple health issues so I did a LOT of research before switching. Very happy. Definitely will keep buying.

My dogs like this ok. I always add salmon oil and topper tho. The ingredients seem pretty good. It was a decent price and didn't give them gas.

My dog loves it, he eats the kibbles more as treats but the ingredients are incredible and I know that it’s healthy for him. I’m a licensed veterinary nurse and this food is a great novel ingredient option to try.

If your dog has food allergies, an upset stomach, hates their kibble, or just needs better food…run and buy this! My dogs go NUTS over it. They even eat it as a treat! It’s healthy, isn’t full of nasty fillers, and even the pickiest of dogs will love it.
