What we love about Imoo watch: 1. Reliable GPS & Tracking: The GPS is accurate and the tracking range is impressive, giving us real peace of mind. 2. Excellent Parental Controls: The app is easy to use and gives us complete control, keeping everything in check. 3. Great Call & Camera Quality: The voice clarity during calls is very good, and the camera quality is perfect for a kid's watch. 3. Bonus Activity Tracker: The built-in activity tracker is a nice feature that encourages her to stay active. 4. The screen is of good quality and battery life is satisfactory. 5. App is user friendly and feature loaded, we have also received updates. We can control the class mode and other features from the app. We use a Lebara SIM, which works perfectly with the watch. I also highly recommend getting the accessories; the watch cover, screen protector, and extra band we purchased are great quality and look really good. A note on service: The delivery by Amazon was prompt, and the seller (imoo-watch-phone) provided prompt and helpful support when we had a couple of queries. Improvement area: If parents can start the cam or can take pics from the app to know about kids whereabouts in case kid is busy or not reachable. This watch fully justifies its cost with the features it provides. My daughter loves wearing it, and we are thoroughly satisfied with this purchase. Highly recommended!

I recently purchased the imoo watch for my 7 year old daughter and notably, the device is designed with a focus on safety and functionality, as it does not include games or social media options as I feel she is far too young to even have these features which made the decision choosing the imoo watch an easy one, the intentional design choice helps to minimise distractions and keeps children focused on their activities, making it an ideal choice for parents who prioritise their children's safety and well-being. Firstly the battery life of the imoo watch is fairly impressive, lasting for more than two days on a single charge, which ensures that it provides reliable performance throughout its usage. This longevity is particularly beneficial for parents who want to ensure their children can stay connected without the constant worry of the device running out of power. In addition to its robust battery, the watch is equipped with accurate tracking features that allow us as parents to monitor our child's location with confidence. One of the standout features is In terms of communication capabilities, the imoo watch allows for making and receiving calls, but it is designed to only connect with pre-approved numbers. This feature adds an extra layer of security, ensuring that children can only communicate with trusted contacts. On the pre set number function that I set up using the imoo app I’ve added a picture of the family member who the number refers to making it easy for my daughter to make the call without needing to read the name. Also using the imoo app I have control of who she can contact with and also who can make contact with her and all unknown numbers that haven’t been preset into her phone are restricted from contacting her which set the imoo apart from several other kids phone watch contenders. There is a step counter on the watch which encourages physical activity and helps children stay active throughout the day. Communication is made easy through the imoo app, which allows users to make video calls either through the app itself or directly with another imoo watch. However, our experience has shown that we are unable to use this function as we don’t know of any other imoo users currently so this has somewhat restricted our ability to fully utilise this feature. Despite this limitation, the imoo app is readily accessible for anyone to download on their smartphones, providing a user-friendly interface for managing. The watch accommodates a personal 4g SIM card, and we opted for Lebara, which operates on the Vodafone network. This choice has proven to be very cost-effective, with a monthly fee of just £1.45 for the first 6 months. Rising to £4 for the remainder but can be cancelled at anytime. So far, we have been impressed with the location accuracy of the device, which has consistently provided reliable tracking information. Overall, we are genuinely satisfied with this product. It offers an excellent solution for keeping track of our children's journeys to and from school without the need to provide them with a traditional mobile phone, which is not permitted on school grounds. The watch includes a school mode that can be activated, ensuring that visibility and communication are limited to designated school hours, further enhancing its suitability for school environments. The watch can be bought in 2 colours we chose rose pink for our daughter and as there are many strap holes in the watch so fits on her small wrist. The watch face is big but for functionality it needs to be. Having tested this watch for last week I am happy to recommend this watch.

A great watch but the battery no longer works and the watch was only purchased 9 months ago.

We’ve been using the Imoo Z1 smartwatch for our first son and it’s been a fantastic experience. We now have purchased our second one for our second son. The 2MP camera provides very good video call quality, making it easy to stay connected face-to-face. Setting up Class Mode is simple and quick, and it’s easy to adjust the schedule when needed. It helps keep the watch distraction-free during school hours while still allowing GPS tracking and emergency contact. Charging is fast and convenient less than 2 hours using the magnetic USB-A charger. Plus, customer service via WhatsApp has been excellent: responsive, friendly, and helpful. Most importantly, the Z1 offers a secure way to stay in touch without the risks of open internet or social media. With GPS tracking, controlled contacts, and no access to external apps, it’s a safe and reliable communication tool for kids. Highly recommended for parents looking for a smart, child-friendly alternative to a smartphone.

As a parent, I was really hesitant to get my 9-year-old a smartphone. The imoo Watch Phone Z1 has been the perfect solution, giving us all peace of mind and my child the independence to contact us. What We Love: Safety First, Always: This is the biggest win. The "No Stranger Calls" feature is brilliant—only the contacts I approve can reach my child. Plus, the Class Mode is a game-changer. I set the school schedule in the app, and during those hours, the watch is just a watch (but can still call us in an emergency!). Zero classroom distractions. Accurate GPS Tracking: The location feature is reliable. Video Calls That Work: I was skeptical about the camera on a watch, but the 2MP wide-angle lens is clear enough for quick HD video calls. Fantastic Battery Life: Compared to other kids' watches I researched, the Z1 lasts ages. We usually get a solid two to three days of normal usage, which means I'm not scrambling to charge it every single night. That alone is worth the price. The Only Downside: It is a bit chunky! On her small wrist, it looks quite big, but she honestly doesn't seem to mind, and I guess that bulk is what makes it so durable.

I've held off for a good 7 months before writing this review just in case the connection problems we were having with the watch were patched by some sort of firmware update (and there have been a few) but sadly this has not been the case. I think its now fair to say that the Z1 Smart Watch is a great idea in theory but in practice is completely unreliable due to it constantly failing to consistently switch connection between 4G and wifi signals. When the watch works, its a great little device and our child has been able to keep in contact with us and friends by easily making calls/send messages via the watch's easy to use interface. The GPS tracking (when it works) is also really handy but the problem is that it just rarely seems to work without having to reset the watch. If for instance we have the watch connected to our home wifi then it works perfectly and will do for a long period of time. The problems arise however when you leave the house - which is the entire point of the watch. The device will seldomly seemlessly switch from the wifi connection to an external 4G signal. More often that not we need to hold its power button for a few seconds (something which is surprisngly tricky for a child to do as the button is really shallow) and once the watch resets it will usually pick up the external 4G signal. Returning home we often have the same problem but in reverse, the phone requires another reset to connect to our home wifi. I'm looking at the app right now and seeing the all so familar "The watch's network is currently unavailable" message. Having read a few more Amazon reviews I can see that our experience is by no means an isolated one. It's a real same because the watch feels like it could be a really great device if the connection issues were to be fixed. Battery life has been good with the device easily lasting the entire day. Difficult to say whether this would be the same case for everyone as our afore mentioned connection issues likely have a signifiant effect on the battery since if its not connected to the 4G network then its likely not using much power. If you are a parent and are looking for a reliable way to allow you kids to contact you or track where they may be when they are out and about then you need to look elsewhere because sadly the imoo Z1 is just far too unreliable.

Watch came before expected date of delivery. We are not great with technology but found this watch easy to set up. The app was very easy to use and in turn to set up the watch. The navigation function is accurate. The watch itself is very easy for a child to navigate. I was under the impression only a couple of numbers can be added but with 10 contacts added it looks like we can still add more. Delighted photos can be added to cobtacts also. Battery life is good so far. Highly recommend 👌

I bought these for my 12-year-old to track location and stay in contact. The first unit kept freezing randomly — completely unresponsive, even with 70–80% battery. Only connecting to the charger would bring it back to life. I returned it and ordered a brand new replacement — and guess what? Same issue. Random total freezes, requiring a charger to reboot. Now imagine this: your child is out, and the watch freezes. No GPS. No calls. No way for them to reach you. What’s the point then? These are marketed as a safety device for kids — but if it freezes silently and becomes unreachable, that defeats the whole purpose. Completely unacceptable. Do not recommend.

Good Product, using this with a GoMo SIM, which required the APN settings to be manually imputted. But once the correct settings were applied the watch resolved the time sync and messaging issues. Price seemed reasonable, and my daughter (age 10) is really pleased with it.

You cannot text with this product; you can text the child, but the child cannot text back - super frustrating as that is the reason I bought it. Also it is switching off and we have to plug it back in to kick start it on Very unreliable

It keeps turning off ehen its 75% battery .
