This pillow was expensive ($73). Honestly, worth it! I had a total abdominal hysterectomy (TAHBSO), this pillow has been everything. It works as a coughing/sneezing pillow (yes, you need one), I use it as a seatbelt cushion, and I also use it in bed to prop under me. to sorta sleep on my side. The design is brilliant. The straps are so handy, and the pouches hold just about everything. One holds a hot /cold pack, the other holds the remotes, my phone, some gum, it even fits the vacuum thingy I was sent home with, to prevent infection (it’s attached to me and has to go everywhere with me for the first 12 days). It’s also soft and cuddly. I researched a lot going into this surgery. I bought a lot, which ultimately got returned. This pillow and my soft heating pad is all I really need.

This pillow was exactly what I needed after my hysterectomy! It was soft, comfortable, and protective. I have a cat that likes to jump and walk on my tummy and this kept me safe, my "cat armour"! It was great to sleep with it on, and for daytime stuff. The pockets on both sides are great, the straps are stretchy and adjustable. It was everything I needed, and what I didn't know I needed to help during my recovery. Also, it came with the sweetest note card that brought a tear to my eye. It felt very heartfelt and personal.
