Make sure the hole you drill is the exact same size as the bolt.

Bought these to anchor a heavy dense machine to the floor and they drew up nice and have been holding it great.

Cheaper price than red head
They about same quality as red head. I had these 10” anchors 8” deep through a pad I poured. No problems as long as I hit the end of stud with nut already threaded down a good ways. I tried one, hitting the nut to keep from deforming the bolt but it messed the threads up. So just hit the designated spot on the bolt with nut already threaded down and you will be good. All 5 I used set good no issues.
