I used this on some cod in the air fryer, and it worked great! I like the texture better than some other brands. This is crunchy but not gritty. Fabulous. Will order again.

No need to compromise on crunch or use breadcrumbs that change the flavor of your food. This panko style coating works so well and I nap many ways. It’s a good value for its size, doesn’t feel like skimflation compared to its gluten’d counterpart. It arrived fresh, sealed, and ready to go. It’s easy to store and a gluten free pantry must have for our family.

I’m extremely gluten sensitive and this gluten free panko saved me from a loooong homemade process and cut my prep time enormously. My tonkatsu dinner came out crispy and delicious. Very happy! Will be a shelf staple for sure 👍

These are fine as GF panko. We've been using them for some time. They are not so perfect that we wouldn't try another brand, but GF breadcrumbs are not easy to find.

For gluten-free....it still tastes great

Excellent rice crumb panko style breading that works as a coating as well as replacement for bread crumbs in meat loaf. As a celiac, I was more than happy to find a product that works so well and is safe for me to eat (no gluten).

My first time trying this product. It was different from the usual bread crumbs I've used in the past. I enjoyed the texture and how crisp it is. Felt clean, little to no dust. Doesn't clump. Easy to use, with little mess. I will be purchasing this again.

Missing that crunch as a celiac, here it is!
