Dr. Mark Stengler's Natural Healing Library

I've enjoyed browsing and reading in this book. The author shares a lot of things that we simply don't know about staying healthy and he lists the citations to back the statements up so we can do further research if we want to. This isn't a book that you sit down and read. You browse the book and then when you have a question that might be answered in the book, you return to it. For the cost, a good find that I will keep on my book shelf.

Very interesting reading. He covered numerous natural cures. An excellent book for anyone who believes that there is a natural cure for so many illnesses. I would recommend it highly.

A nice thorough book

This is an excellent source of information for the one who wants to improve/enhance her health without side effects of any medications, given time and one's will. Any references/sources cited by the author can be easily checked. I love it!
