This is a quality low carb bread. It is delicious! I love the Bagels and Dinner rolls. They have Burger Buns, Hot Dog Buns and my favorite....Tortilla Wraps! Can be very pricey, especially on their brand website. They are less expensive on Amazon but you pay less at quality grocery stores like Wegman's, Sprouts, etc. Well worth the money for a delicious 0g net carb bread!!!

Hero bread is simply the bomb. I love it in all its forms. Loaf, h b and h d buns, tortillas, dinner rolls, bagels, and now biscuits. It’s delicious, healthy and HIGH fiber. A win win for sure.

So happy these bread does not contain bad oils , hero uses healthy olive oil and that is what the keto community look for so thank you hero you guys are really my hero! Flavor is perfect. Texture excellent. Did not test glucose yet but I will . My glucose 25 minutes after eating one bun with sausage egg and cheese was 126. Update I have ordered twice more but never received my orders from this vendor and I was charged . 2nd update : vendor sent me again my bread and my glucose had no spike at all . I had tried another brand of health buns but definitely this Hero is way better tasting and better texture .

Docking a star for price only. I understand that keto products like this are more expensive, so I am willing to pay for quality, but I can't - in good faith - call these 5 stars when they cost so much. My son, who has to eat keto due to epilepsy, can't get enough and often eats them plain as a side to his meals.

I have diabetes type 2. I wear a CGM on my arm monitor. Most of the time I find the zero/low carb bread & tortillas end up spiking my blood glucose by 20-60 points. Happy to show you that these hamburger buns, after three separate meals, created ZERO spike in my blood glucose. Great job for the HERO brand. I always toast this. I use it with hamburgers, ham & egg sandwiches, homemade peanut butter & jelly (made with allulose sugar - zero carb also). Well done!

Very expensive and not that good. Very dry. The other brand is much better and cheaper. Will not buy these again.

Too small.... it looks like a mini burger bun I was selecting low calories buns.. and looking for the biggest one possible. Despite it says 62g - when the most buns are 50 - 53g - I was totally disappointed with the size.... it looks like a 50g bun..or even smaller... and very very expensive for what deliver
