Hero bread products.
Hero bread is simply the bomb. I love it in all its forms. Loaf, h b and h d buns, tortillas, dinner rolls, bagels, and now biscuits. It’s delicious, healthy and HIGH fiber. A win win for sure.

Fantastic Quality Bread Brand!!!
This is a quality low carb bread. It is delicious! I love the Bagels and Dinner rolls. They have Burger Buns, Hot Dog Buns and my favorite....Tortilla Wraps! Can be very pricey, especially on their brand website. They are less expensive on Amazon but you pay less at quality grocery stores like Wegman's, Sprouts, etc. Well worth the money for a delicious 0g net carb bread!!!

So happy these bread does not contain bad oils , hero uses healthy olive oil and that is what the keto community look for so thank you hero you guys are really my hero! Flavor is perfect. Texture excellent. Did not test glucose yet but I will . My glucose 25 minutes after eating one bun with sausage egg and cheese was 126. Update I have ordered twice more but never received my orders from this vendor and I was charged . 2nd update : vendor sent me again my bread and my glucose had no spike at all . I had tried another brand of health buns but definitely this Hero is way better tasting and better texture .

Totally awesome bread for Keto
Hero bread is amazing. These rolls remind me of a McDonald's hamburger roll. They are amazing and seem to lasts pretty long (like 2 weeks) before going bad. Love you Hero bread!!! Time to make a NorthEast Deli roll 😁 or hoagie (sub) roll next. I would buy that I. A minute and especially could make a home made Philly cheesesteak being on Keto

Less carbs more protein and almost the same.
So they do taste a bit different (not bad, just different) from a "normal" hamburger bun, but if your goal is less bad carbs more protein, this is the way to go. Add some lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and you are eating healthier food without even noticing it.

Spikes blood sugar
Taste is fine but spikes blood sugar according to CGM. Defeats the whole purpose of paying so much.

I LOVE these Keto buns! They are the best variety I have found. The flavor is good. The texture is good. I will always have them in my freezer. When I receive these, I freeze them. I wrap them individually in plastic wrap and double bag them. I know I am not going to get these eaten within 6 months....I want them to stay fresh as long as possible because they are so expensive.
