I began this supplement last year in the winter to help my gut health and vitamin journey. I took these pills along with ginger pills, sea moss pills, and some pills to help with focus and emotional regulation. I lost 30 pounds in 3 months. I went from being 170 pounds at 5’5 , eating fast food everyday because of cravings, being tired and depressed all the time with little to no energy, to being myself again. I am 145 now, which is smaller than I was in high school. My cravings completely changed, and I started craving healthier foods that I never really had before. I started eating smoothies a lot more, and I found myself finally having the energy to not only do my everyday life, but anything that would pop up too. Now, you do have to follow the directions to make it work. I would say cleanse yourself every 3 months at least so you can reset. The bottle lasted me a long time. I believe it comes with 90 pills, and depending on your needs can last up to 3 doses. Which isn’t bad for $25. I don’t take the pills everyday, but I still haven’t gained the weight back, and my eating habits forever changed. I was taking these pills along sea moss and ginger by itself at one point and it did not have the same effect on my gut health and weight as the para guard did. Also, side note, for the ladies, this is amazing for vaginal health. It contains slippery elm bark extract, which helps keep things as they should be down there 💦. A LOT of the ingredients help with skin health as well as digestive health. Oregano oil is also present, which is said to be almost like a natural antibiotic for your body. They say your stomach is your first brain, and your head your second. This supplement helped my mental health as well it’s really just overall unbelievable how much this has helped me. I never took vitamins like that, but something had to give and my intuition just told me it started with my gut health. I would highly recommend trying it at least once to see if it works for you, and for 25-30 bucks it really is worth all the benefits.

Amazing product! I literally saw worms in my stool on several occasions. I’m not sure it’s appropriate to post them on here for you. But I will say - day 1 and 2 were the worst. Migraines and nausea for me. But then I started feeling AMAZING. I took for 5 days, took a two day break, and then finished the cleanse. Parasites will try to go into a dormancy state so I wanted to shock them. The day after my two day break is when I passed a large amount. I truly believe it made me lose a couple pounds too. I plan on taking this every Monday as well for the next 2 months to try and kill any new hatched parasites. Then after that I will be doing it every 6 months. It’s really cut my bloating down and energy level has gone up. Good luck friends!

I think this is a good quality product. The only way to know if it really works is to check your own aftermath which is something I didn't do. Lol! It did stop the slight bloating feeling I had and I did go to the bathroom more often while using this product. So I feel that it did do something. There was never an uncomfortable feeling or anything like that. I would use this again in the future and I would also recommend this product. I easily used this product for the full 30 days straight through.

I love Paraguard! I have had a hard time finding a product that works for me for gut health and it resets and makes me feel so much better!

I didn't notice any difference, other than I didn't feel good when I was taking these. There's no way of knowing if they are even effective or not unless you are having your stools tested. Also, who knows what they are actually putting into these that is not even on the label. I'm done.

I use this product every few months as a supplement to make sure parasite friends are staying away. Can never be too careful working in a hospital!

I believe it works and it certainly is an important one to take for anyone I think.

I’m cleansing almost 20days now. I started before full moon and used iver first and activated charcoal binder in the evening. And then i bought black walnut complex and paraGuard. I took once daily. It really helps a lot and this is my first longest cleansing and it creeps me out. Next time i wont look what in there!

My husband tried this product, recommended by a friend and it works! He says he uses it every other day and noticed a difference. Worth the cost!
