This was a present for my husband. He had a lot of fun assembling the pieces to make the ball maze. It's sturdy. Great quality item!

Fun puzzle but takes a while to put together. It offers some items to watch, the elevator to lift the marbles, several tracks to what the marbles go down, circle ramp and more Plan on giving my grandson this for one of his Christmas presents

Goodness what a challenge! Very fun though. Without the YouTube video I wouldn't have come close to completing it. Just double (triple) check the orientation of the pieces as you put them together. Good luck, definitely a fun build!

I enjoy building these wooden model kits and when I saw this one I decided to add it to my collection. The kit comes well packaged with an easy to read assembly manual. Although I had no issues with assembly, they do have some QR codes that bring you to web pages that give more detailed instructions for steps that some may find more difficult. The kit comes with everything you need to build, including needed tools. As has been common with past ROKR kits I have built, there are extra parts in case you drop and lose a screw, etc. Some of the more fragile parts are also duplicated just in case. The wooden sheets for this kit are fairly thick and with care punching the pieces without breaking them is fairly easy. While the kit is not terribly hard to build, it is not a suitable kit for somebody new to building these kinds of models, there are many intricate steps and for the motion to work correctly, care is certainly required in building all of the moving parts, especially the gear train. You can choose whether to keep the model hand-cranked or it also includes an electric motor so that you can motorize the action. If you are going to use the motor you must be sure the entire gear train moves smoothly before installing the motor. It took me about 8 hours to fully build the kit. The instructions say about 5 hours, but I tend to take a lot of extra care with smoothing parts and making sure everything fits correctly, plus I did have an issue with one of the parts sheets that took extra time for me to deal with. Ordinarily I would have rated this kit 5 stars, but am taking 1/2 star away due to a quality issue I had with this kit. Normally ROKR kits are of exceptional quality, but one of the parts sheets in the kit I had received was partially delaminated and required extra work to be able to use the parts from that sheet. I hope this is just something that slipped through and not a sign of things to come with ROKR's quality. All in all I am very happy with this kit, it was a fun build and it has great action. If you enjoy building these wooden kits, definitely give this a kit a look.

Es uno de esos rompecabezas súper interesantes, entretenidos de armar y que pueden perdurar en el tiempo. Fue un regalo para mi hijo que está ingresando a la adolescencia, cómo lo disfrutó al armarlo o, mejor dicho, cómo lo disfrutamos, porque en algún momento solicitó ayuda; yo lo vi entretenido, verificando durante su tiempo todo lo que hizo. Las piezas vienen cortadas de una manera espectacular, encajan fácilmente y el manual es muy claro, aunque por ahí en algún momento algo se pierde. Si te gustan los retos, armarlo y verlo funcionar es uno de ellos. Es maravilloso.

Purchased as a gift for my 14 yo grandson who loves puzzles. He loved it and had it together in no time. Said he would like to have others like it.

This set is one of the most impressive purchases I have made in a very long time. The packaging is exceptional, with no damage of any kind, and all parts accounted for. The instructions are incredibly detailed and easy to follow even though they are the most detailed I've ever seen in print. The laser-cut parts are amazing to work with - just be a little patient and you will quickly learn how to push them out. The most unbelievable part of this, though, is that all of the pieces fit together perfectly. Here's a tip: if things aren't fitting together quite right, it's you, not the kit. Go back and find your error. This kit was truly worth the money if you enjoy complicated detailed building. It will take several sessions to complete, and would be difficult in my opinion for anyone younger than late-teens. No regrets in this purchase at all.

i just finished this build, this is the first one i have ever bought and i have to say i will be getting another. the laser cut is near perfect the tools provided were good for the job the instructions were excellent, the balsa wood was definitely a better quality than many other companies. the patterns were laser cut and the fit and assembly was excellent, there was plenty of extra small pieces so that if you're like me and a little clumsy and break one no issue, if you manage to break a bigger piece no problem a little CA glue and you're back in business, the instructions were very clear and had you test each section if needed prior to moving on. this is however NOT a beginner build you need patience and to take a break to get it perfect
