I mean, gosh, coming on Amazon to review something related to your digestive health is a little bit embarrassing, but I had to say something because this product is that fantastic. I don't have IBS and it's rare that I get stomach bugs, so I can't speak to those experiences but I do have very inconsistent movement. Unless I'm eating an extremely low-fat and high-fibre diet (my normal diet is full of fruits, grains and vegetables - I genuinely don't have room for improvement unless I want to become a deeply insufferable person who never has any fun), I'm not blessed with a daily rhythm. If I eat anything starchy, it's constipation for 48 hours+ and a rock-hard end result (!). This is obviously just not realistic, we all have changes in diet, travelling, birthdays, and meals out with family and friends where we have something different or want a treat. I was sick of these events upsetting things for days, heaven forbid I have more than 2 events in a week I'd start piling on weight and feeling miserable as my body panicked. As I get just that little bit older it gets worse and worse so it was time to try something new. Taste-wise, they do have an apple flavour to start with and then I think they're a bit raisin-like but still pleasant. They're so good I don't care what they taste like, it's an added bonus that they're perfectly nice. I always eat one with breakfast and one with dinner. I make sure I don't take them too close to medications or other supplements (apparently this can disrupt absorption). I have to say going from being completely irregular to the kind of daily experience I've only had when my diet has been incredibly strict has been way more exciting than it should be. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

These taste very pleasant, like fruity chews, and are very easy to eat. I can't say I've noticed much effect yet though.

I've tried many inulin products and these gummies are pretty good overall. Reasonable taste; never a very good expiry date, though. However, they are not worth the inflated price now being charged (as of 03 12 22). Time to move back to the other products on the market.

Product arrived promptly and I must say I'm impressed with the results, and it's a bonus they taste so nice. Probiotics were not helping very much with my digestive issues so I chose to try prebiotics instead. After 1 week I was feeling better in general but after 2 weeks the improvement has been considerable. My belly feels more settled, less bloated, bowel movements are more regular, and I feel I have higher energy levels. I will consider myself a regular user from this moment on 😁

I think as a supplement to your fibre intake, these are good and to be fair they are classed as a supplement. I wouldn't say I found a massive improvement after taking for a few weeks but they help. I think 1.6g fibre per tablet isn't really enough to be an alternative to fybogel, which is why I had purchased them. I really like the taste though, really easy to take and good way to get a bit of extra fibre. Have returned to fybogel, which contains more fibre and will take these when need an extra, convenient fibre boost.

I am an individuals with a slow/low metabolism. I have found the Fibre Gummies to be exactly the boost I need to improve my digestive health. The gummies are delicious and provide the required health benefits I was looking for. I am finding those to be a staple of my healthy living routine. I have tried the other products from BELIVE and have also found them to be of high quality and equally good results when compared to other supplements in the marketplace. Thank you for making a quality product and for NOT compromising on these standards. This is the only reason I buy your products and will continue to do so.

So far the prebiotic is working well . The flavor is quite pleasant with no wax on the outside like my previous gummies had .

Like most women, going to the bathroom is not a regular and pleasant event. Like most people adding fiber to my diet did not always provide the intended outcome. Also I cannot take psyllium husk because all that does is make me bloated and constipated. These gummies really do work. I have been taking them daily for about 2-3 weeks now and I have been going on average everyday (depending on how much food I ingested). The go is comfortable and there is absolutely no bloating. I have to say that there is increased gas as others have stated but, I have no issues with extra gas if when I go I can eliminate totally and comfortably. The taste is OK and not off-putting. The gummies are tender and don't stick in your teeth. Good luck!
