The pictures I supplied were duplicated into the frame and look just like the originals. Super fast turn around, securely packaged, arrived without any damage and fast shipping. Great communication with vendor. I'm just glad my sister loved her gift! The actual final product was loaded so I could see my actual pics etc vs generic.

Guaranteed delivery by Mother’s Day which was false. It came a week later. The plaque is poor quality and looks nothing like the photo. I could have done better myself. Terrible customer service. They offered no replacement and do not do refunds naturally because they know their products are faulty and low quality. Save yourself the time and money. Don’t buy this.

Very nice. My granddaughters had me get for there mom. The birth flowers mean alot to our family so it was perfect. Color was nice and loved it came with stand to display.

It arrived earlier then expected. Exactly as shown. The family of the person who received this gift, loved it. Makes a prefect gift with memories. It doesn't come with the part that plugs into the wall but does come with the wire that connects the frame for power to light it up.

I paid extra for a wooden light up base, stated in my invoice and it came with just the plaque and cheap acrylic base. The company doesn’t do any type of compensation or help to get what I originally paid for. Quality is okay
