CARNATION Lactose Free Milk Tetra 8x11oz

This product allows me to make and enjoy my pumpkin pies even though I am very Lactose Intolerant. It tastes and cooks just like the regular one, my pies turn out perfect every time and no one notices the difference! These are so hard to find in stores and I am thrilled to find them on Amazon!

The best thing about Nestle's Carnation lactose-free evaporated milk is that it still has the taste, the mouth feel as the original that I remember as a child.I use with my coffee. I use it over ice cream. I even use it in cream soups. It has great versatility and dissolvability. Definitely a quality product.

While I need to use lactose free milk in baking, the richness of this product lets me use it while keeping the richness needed to create a wonderfully tasty dessert!

Lactose-free! It's so useful to have on hand for power outages. I also use this in place of (single strength) lactose-free milk for extra protein in casseroles, bread puddings, in place of water for cooking oatmeal, etc. as well as in recipes calling for evaporated milk. The packaging is easy to open, pour, and reseal.The only downside is that it can go bad (yellow, lumpy, bad smell) if you store at room temperature and don't use it up in a reasonable time. But it's reasonably priced, so I don't mind tossing the last couple.

I really enjoy this lactose free evaporated milk. I’m someone who can’t tolerate the lactose so this is really great for me. Mixes great. Great value. Tastes great too. Dissolves easily. Worked great in the potato soup I made recently.
