Don’t bother buying this book if you own all her other cookbooks. Tricia’s ‘NEW’ book repeats 2 already published books and simply combines them with no changes on the mistakes she made [in measurements] in the first two. She’s ripping off her fans, making them think they’re getting new recipes in this publication, when in fact, she’s already published them! It’s as if she thought, “Hey, let’s publish a pricey new book for Christmas with the same recipes and not do any new recipes or work!” It would be different if Tricia had corrected recipes in this new one to account for all her mistakes in the originals! Returning this as it cost me $78 and it’s the same 2 books I already have. Sellout!

Technically I'm reviewing the previous cookbooks not rolled together into this one, since no one should have to pay an exorbitant price for them to be in one book!! Trisha woud say: I don't want you to do that. She's not that kind of person. Her recipes are clearly written with love, humor, kindness, friendliness, and good common sense. There is also a bit of versatility and history, such that her family recipes do not exactly match my family's, sometimes not even close, except ::) in name. But, there is the same love. That makes her a friend, a cousin, a singin' sister, and therefore someone I will joyfully share the love she is offering. Use it, share it, pass it on, but please add to it before you do. That would be the best recognition of her gift to you.

Gave as a gift & will get one for myself. This is a wonderful compilation of Tricia Yearwood's recipes from several of her great cookbooks.

This is a wonderful cookbook for the expert or beginner cook. The recipes are written well and easy to follow. The addition of pictures of prepared recipes, and various family interactions make it an A+ in my book.
