I'm always on the hunt for the ideal insole replacements and have a shoebox full of "also rans" to prove it. I was a little skeptical, but these do appear to use a carbon fiber arch and live up to that promise in terms of firm yet flexible support. The use of carbon fiber yields a more compact, lighter yet stronger insole that will even fit shoes with tight toe boxes. I wear high end, brand name, walking shoes in my job where I average about 13K steps per shift. My feet used to hurt and cramp by the end of my shift but that is a thing of the past since switching to these insoles. They provide firm cushioned support without feeling bulky or stiff. In my case they provided immediate relief without the need for a break-in period. I've been using them for over six months, and they feel just as good as the day I started using them even though the literature recommends replacing them every three months or so. I hadn't realized it until writing this review, but I've stopped looking for something better which is both a surprise and a welcome relief.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: These work better than my $400 custom insoles from the podiatrist in eliminating my foot pain. My issue involves pain when over-flexing my big toe upward like when kneeling or pushing something heavy. These stiffen my boots a bit and solve the problem entirely. They replace the insoles in all of my work boots and exercise shoes. I bought more pairs for convenience but they are pretty easy to switch between shoes. I like that they are not too thick, so they work in far more shoes than the more expensive insoles I got from the doctor. They’re also lighter and more comfortable. I have had one pair for a few years that are still going strong.

It was advertised it would be a full carbon sole with a strong carbon arch support. Bat there on the arch suppört was mo carbon - on the most important spot. I got more than 70 years in Germany some in metal. Why are there no real arch supports It was advertised as having a full carbon sole with strong carbon arch support. However, there was no carbon present on the arch support – the most crucial area. I have over 70 years of experience in Germany, including some with metal footwear. Why is there a lack of real arch support in the US?

This item was too short even though it said it was designed for my size. It provided good arch support, but felt uncomfortable ending underneath my toes. It also slid around in the shoe.

Purchased these instead of true more expensive brand name ones. I don’t have the others to compare. My son likes those and said he did feel like his vertical was better with them. Unfortunately after about 1/3 - 3/4 of the basketball season the souls have started to come apart in the shoe. Nothing to significant but they will definitely have to be tossed once the season is over.

As others said it seems the foam is the problem regarding durability. Feel great and provide good arch support but the durability lasted less than a month before a hole was worn through on one insoles with the other not far behind. Updated soley because the vendor reached out and offered to make it right, and I appreciate that they did that. Product was great when it lasted but just wish it was made a bit more durable, but customer service was top notch.

These insoles are great, arch support and a carbon fiber layer that keeps my shoes firm.

The insoles clearly work as advertised. I noticed extra rebound when I first put them in. They do require a period of getting used to, as many reviewers said. I had some pressure points, and I couldn't wear them for a full round of golf for the first times I used them. But the potential improved performance is there.

Al principio notaba cómo que aparentan un poco ya que son más gruesas que las anteriores, pero son muy cómodas y sobretodo en las pendientes se notan mucho haciendo más amena la subida. Tardas poco en acostumbrarte a llevarlas la verdad.

Bought these insoles a week ago to support my arthritic big toe. Was a bit expensive but well worth the price. Sizing is a bit strange, I wear a UK size 9 and the insoles I bought were a reasonable fit. Would recommend for anyone that wishes to stay active with hallux rigidus. The foot arch support is also nice.
