Amazing backpack, convertible to a tote bag - I use it ALL the time now as my work bag, having added a lightweight bag divider to keep things in place. The straps are pretty comfortable, considering this is a bag that stows away in its zipper pocket (there is one internal zipper pocket, and 1 at the front).We use it for travel, too, as it fits under any airline seat, even when fully packed. Not least because there are a couple of handy strings and straps at the top when you need an extra bit of space, e.g. for your coat, and cannot close the zip. Easily fits 22-25l including laptop, iPad, books, weekend clothes and toiletries. Deep mash pockets on either side, great for a water bottle.Bought another one of these to use for the gym, as a shopping bag, and for day trips as we can just stuff everything in. Comfy and convenient!
