I'm not sure whether I set the TV up or if I just clicked a few buttons whilst the TV set itself up; it was so quick and easy to install. I did have a 50" Hisense TV I was perfectly happy with, but unfortunately due to myself, an unfortunate tumble and a curtain pole; I shattered it beyond repair. I ordered this as a replacement and it came the next day; delivered by lovely couriers from ArrowXL. I was concerned seeing other reviews about the sound quality and planned a sound bar in the future if needed; however this one is much, much better than the old one for sound quality. I had to have the old one on about 22 in the living room to hear well; this one is clear at 14/16. I'm one for settings so I checked the sound and picture mode; finding one that worked well. It's heavier than the old television marginally and a little thicker; however that's okay as it is a bigger screen. The picture is clear and lovely and I'm really happy with it and especially as it was a lower price than the original TV but seems much better. I'm not a big fan on the amount of themed buttons on the top of the remote; could do without those personally but it synced up to my firestick without any setup, and the firestick remote automatically controls the TV too (again with no setup, just right away). It ran a quick update after being first setup; and the OS seems quick enough and responsive too. I'm very happy and honestly always think of and come back to Hisense as they always have a reasonable price compared to other brands. UPDATE: I'm writing this on 30/06/25 and I can still say the TV is really good; still fast and clear and I've had no issues with it. Everything about still tracks.

Really happy with this smart tv its pure quality, with so many choices and settings it's well worth the price you can't go wrong. If you want a good TV that will last with perfect picture and sound get this and dont think about it 10 out of 10 easy

Love this TV, great picture and sound quality

A reasonably decent budget set Pros: Price Picture quality (acceptable / good) for the price Dolby Vision (more a marketing gimmick. Basically useless on such a budget set). Remote is substantial and feels chunky Cons: Weak sound (expected at this price point) Very poor motion processing (judder / artefacts) especially on shows filmed with jerky camera action like 24 or NYPD Blue. All connectors located at rear centre of unit VIDAA OS is laggy and has annoying pop-ups that are not suppressible. The Plex app is poor and refuses to playback any content with subtitles, even when they’re disabled (I’ve gone through several app updates and it’s never been fixed) Weak brightness Summary All in all, this set is perfectly acceptable for the price £220. The limitations are expected in a unit that occupies the bottom end of the range. For someone who wants a basic smart TV. This set should fit the bill nicely. In hindsight I would have spent more and got a QLED set with better motion processing and better apps and OS. But after setting the motion processing to ‘film’ I’m satisfied with this set.

Purchased this after owning the 2020 model till now and wanting the upgrades this one now has and i have to say, i love it. The first one that was sent i did have to return as it was clearly faulty, but the second one is how it should be and took less than 15 minutes to setup. Compared to the 2020 model, this one has loads of extra stuff on it, including Alexa, which i use alot now. As always with a 4K t.v, picture quality is amazing once you get everything set to how you like it. Sadly, i do have to throw one negative into the review and that is the sound quality. The bass in the sound is virtually non existant and not as good as the 2020 model, but for general viewing, it`s ok and when i watch a movie or anything, i have it hooked up to my hi-fi system, but other than that, fantastic t.v and good value as well, highly recommended!

This is a great TV for the money. Has every connection you can imagine including Wifi, ethernet (which provides super quick access to a raft of features including catch-up, internet and various streaming services - all the usual ones have a short cut on the remote which is very handy and if the one you want isn't there you can save it as your favourite and away you go. Also has eArc which works beautifully with my surround system. Looks great mounted up on the wall and is pretty think too In fact I liked it so much I bought another one for my Games Room and a smaller one (42") for another room in the house and I'm seriously thinking about buying one for the bedroom too. Plus points for the fact that remote controls all work on every TV

Decent enough , im usually a sony tv person ( cannot afford this luxury anymore ) way better than i though for price ( just blacks are not the best probably in options somewhere to adjust not had time ) even has screws for vesa mount ( if you have one ) only problem is the screws dont fit into back of tv too small luckily i have plenty that did so its up on my mount. easy set up and updated firmware straight away. I wont be using the apps installed as tv isnt linked up to anything other than my console or firestick. picture quality is very nice dont see any dark areas in corners some times the case with cheaper brand tvs. Ill see how it fares over next 6 months regarding this. Overall a worthy purchase if your not in the realm of £1000 + Tv`s. Thought id edit this after a couple of months with it. terrible for gaming dont bother with it, everything lags. Primary use is to watch netflix or when i have prime or summat , colouring isnt good specially blacks there just grey what ever i try, some screen modes the whites end up being like a beige in colour . both edges of screen dont look right ( too bright ) Nice try hisense but your logo of top tv seller in the world is way off, top crap selling tvs would be more appropriate.
