Would these be small enough to use in a Christmas village?

These are just the right size for a 4-year-old to hold onto and play with, about 4-5 inches in length and 2-3 inches in height. They're not miniature sized. I don't know if they would be the right size for a Christmas village without knowing the size of the village.
