After seasoning this thing is the best thing for grilling. I’m very impressed with how well it works in my Kamado grill. Sears steaks beautifully, shrimp and veggies come out perfect every time. Highly recommended. And it’s not made from some cheap metal, it’s built to last. Easily handles temperature of 500 without warping. I bet this thing will last me at least 20+ years.

Couldn't be happier with this product. Heats hot and steady, perfect for smash burgers. Keep it clean and seasoned, and should last a lifetime. It is heavy, as it states, but works great w/ standard weber kettle grill.

This is one beast of a piece of metal. This is not for the faint of heart, it is heavy, it is solid, it is everything I wanted it to be. If you want a grill top option on a standard Weber grill and you have the desire and ability to deal with it, this is an awesome product.

Solid construction, no sharp edges, heats well and keeps seasoning nicely. I only wish I could find a good travel bag for it.

Wonderful addition to the kettle. I tried the Lavalock griddle and it warped once it was hot like a cookie sheet. This griddle is 2x thicker and doesn’t warp at all. It’s also easy to season. I use peanut oil on it and it has worked flawlessly. The big holes are great for clean up as well. Just rotate one of them over the coals and scrape everything into it. I steam clean it with a wet paper towel after I scrape it and put a thin layer of oil on and close it all down for next time.

This is nice heavy and holds heat well. We seasoned it and with only 3 layers it’s nice and dark already. For our first meal we did tacos and everyone was asking for more. Next we breakfast with bacon, sausage, eggs, hash browns and French toast. Nothing was sticking. Finally we did some cheese steaks. Needless the whole family is hooked. Downside is if you can’t control your temperature well you will burn food. When is the last time you bought a product with 10 year base warranty?

This is a high quality honed piece of steel. Closest I've seen to a commercial griddle top. Totally blows away the various "flat-tops" being sold today. Very heavy and unlikely to warp.

Very solid piece of steel. But if you did looked up videos and saw a very shiny brand new looking piece of metal, this is not it. Might be some sort of “pre seasoning” or something. But you will be disappointed if you’re hoping for the picture. In terms of weight and durability you will be happy.
