Serve the purpose but manual required
It did serve the purpose but it's better to provide manual/steps on how to assemble it as it would have been quicker to assemble as we struggled to assemble

Minimum effort
Out of the box I don’t think all the materials are brand new. The handles had chips to the surface and some parts of the brakes themselves had rust on them. There was no instruction manual given either. However, there was plenty of wire to work with and nothing from the kit was missing and so I managed to work my round going from cantilever brakes to V brakes which wasn’t that difficult. The brakes seem to be quite sturdy and the brake pads are pretty good but we’ll have to see how they perform in the long run.
