Reliability
A good quality mixer fan which I've been fitting on jobs for years

Model update
The picture shows an out of date version of the fan, which according to the manufacturer was discontinued about 5 years ago. The fan received has a totally different mounting and cannot be removed for inspection and cleaning as easily as the previous version shown. So replacement of my 5 year old Monsoon fan, which had a burnt out motor winding, involved a lot more work. The fan works well but the picture needs updating.

Leaks
Leaks condensate from two joints when in horizontal position. Have had to smother it in external leak sealant. Would probably be ok if mounted vertically.

Quiet operating and effective.
Used as bathroom extractor fan, replacing failed unit. Relatively easy to install.

Very Quiet and Efficient
I'm not going to lie, when I had my shower room updated the electrician fitted one of these. Fast Forward a cupole of years later I was sick of the noisy fan in our en-suite keeping me awake if the bathroom was used during the night. Happy with the performance of the shower room fan, I bought another. Needed an extra JB as the terminals were a little further away from the cable than the outgoing fan, but very quick and simple to connect and adjust timer. Bought a butterfly damper to go on the end. Very happy with the silence and the amount of steam it clears, the shower room fan is still going strong after 4 years, I expect this one will be the same. No more sleepless nights and no more steamy bathroom. Great.
