Very comfortable cushion. Very firm, as I wanted. Excellent for back ache. Well worth its price. Good quality, well made and well designed.

I was hesitant to spend so much on a cushion, but I'm fed up with buying ones that squash down to almost nothing when you sit on them and had higher hopes for this one. And at last, a truly thick firm cushion that holds your weight without disappearing under you! I'm glad I got the 'hard' one, because of course it's not really hard - it's made of foam, so it's still pleasantly soft on the bum, but with the degree of firmness I wanted. Clearly very well made and will last, possibly for a lifetime.

This seat cushion was launched in perfect timing for me, 2 months ago I started feeling a disturbing pain in my lower back, a pain that was very annoying that I felt every time I wanted to sit and it was not diminishing but increasing everyday. I started checking what could be the problem with different specialists (GP, osteopathy, bone and muscle specialist), but all of them insured me nothing that needs medical intervention, but it is about long periods of sitting, and may be I need to do more stretching. As I could not avoid long sitting for my work (I'm a researcher sitting the largest part of my day), I searched and found this cushion from Santergo. After using it for more than a month (together with the stretching .. by the way he product comes with a free subscription to a weekly very interesting suggestions how to ergonomically enhance your work setup), the pain vanished totally and I really love it. PS. Not the first time to buy a product from Santiago and being amazed by its ergonomic effect on my health and even my mood. (I'm using the keyboard pad now for the past few years.)

Edit: Recent price increases made the cushion almost 25% more expensive. We are talking about padding, even if the quality is good, the price increases is not propositional. Original: I was getting tired of looking for good memory foam support, as all the previous ended up being some cheap Chinese memory foam, where you sit on for a few days and its flat as a pancake. When your a bit on the heavier side (110kg), those cheap foams are just worthless. The Santergo cushion actually held up great, and 4 months later, while its a lot softer then before, its still firm and your behind is not sitting on the hard chair below. Its so good that i added it permanent in my watch list, so when a promo shows up, i can buy a reserve one. If there is a disadvantage, is maybe the size. At 45x45, its about 10cm to small on all side to really fit nicely on a desk chair, and so when the foam is new, its so hard that your behind is partially "overflowing". It saved me from some excruciating pain, where the old pads from my chairs always wear down, and buying new office chair was really not economic. While a 1000 euro miller may have been better, you feel less then willing to try such a expensive chair, out of fear that the padding may be gone in a few months and then your stuck with a expensive chair or expensive repadding. This is a ideal and very affordable solution, while still giving the good padding support over time. If it goes bad, well, just buy another one. WAY more economic then buying expensive chairs or rebuying cheaper chairs. I for the love of me, can not understand that we have no office chairs with easily removable or modular padding system. So, if your tired of dealing with office chairs who's padding turns to pancake because of body weight or bad quality, just buy this as a great solution. Note: Not sponsored or anything like that. The brand has gotten itself a loyal customer because it actually delivers a GOOD product, in this sea of cheap products sold expensive.

...denn ich bin des abends vor Müdigkeit im Sessel eingeschlafen, in dem ich das Kissen angetestet habe. Aber von vorne: Es gibt mehrere Bezugfarben, ich habe blau gewählt, das paßt sehr schön zu meinem Arbeitssessel, der hat auch einen blauen Bezug. KEIN Chemiegeruch beim Auspacken - sehr gut. Der Schaumstoff wirkt beim Anpacken wirklich sehr fest, ich habe die höchste Gewichtsklasse bestellt und bin körpergewichtsmäßig ziemlich "in Richtung Obergrenze". Die Spannung wächst: Tatsächlich hält das Kissen auch die Form und sitzt sich nicht durch. Die Entlastungsöffnung liegt richtig genug, um das Steißbein gut zu entlasten. Man sitzt sehr gut. Woher kommt der Punktabzug? Ich hätte bei meiner Größe mir das Kissen ein wenig größer gewünscht... ich muß mich doch sehr, sehr genau hineinsetzen, um das Optimum zu erreichen, sonst drückt es ein wenig. Wenn ich jedoch einmal richtig sitze, ist alles prima. Trotz des kleinen Punkteabzugs möchte ich eine Kaufempfehlung geben.

Dieses tolle Sitzkissen gibt es in 3 Härtegraden. Da ich über 90 kg wiege, hatte ich mir das härteste bestellt. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass das für mich viel zu hart war. Die Rücksendung klappte prima und ich erhielt schon nach wenigen Tagen das gleiche Kissen in der weichen Ausführung. Ich kann nur sagen, dieses ist einfach wunderbar. Ich sitze fest im Rolli ohne Druckstellen zu bekommen. Es gibt nach, da wo es soll und hat dabei die notwendige Stabilität. Ich empfehle dieses Kissen uneingeschränkt.
