Does med/large fit correctly for 8+ wrist and large hands ?

Hello, thank you for your inquiry! Our Medium/Large size is recommended for wrists measuring up to 8 inches, and our Classic Series uses a shorter gripping portion than our Pro or Xtreme Series. If your wrist circumference is measuring over 8 inches, our Medium/Large size will likely be too small. If you have large hands, our Classic Series might not offer as much support as you are looking for. Based on the information provided, you would likely benefit most from ordering size XL in either Pro or Xtreme. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.

Should i use these straps for Squats?

no, these are more for pulling movements, not sure what the benefit would be to wearing them for squats

how well do these work for lat pull downs, rows, etc compared to regular lifting straps? what do you like and not like?

They are great for all of that. Especially pulling. They slide around a little but other than that I love them.

How do I measure for the correct size?

Hello, Thank you for your question. Please visit the Sizing Chart on our website for information about how to measure your wrist correctly. https://www.versagripps.com/sizing-chart.html Please let me know if you have any other questions. Train Better, Isaac
