Does med/large fit correctly for 8+ wrist and large hands ?

Should i use these straps for Squats?

no, these are more for pulling movements, not sure what the benefit would be to wearing them for squats

how well do these work for lat pull downs, rows, etc compared to regular lifting straps? what do you like and not like?

They are great for all of that. Especially pulling. They slide around a little but other than that I love them.

こいつが一緒だとフリーウェイトトレーニングの負荷を上げることができる。自分はキッズの手袋で丁度良いくらい手が小さいので、素手でバーを持つ際に握力が入りにくく、バーが滑ってしまうのでパワーグリップを探していました。いろいろ調べた結果サイズ豊富なVERSAがピタッときた。PROかオーセンティックで選ぶ基準となったのもオーセンティックの方が若干ベロが短いから。かなりドンピシャでアガりました。
