I am still taking the vitamins , They rates 8.75 point they are considered a very good vitamin .you wanted to check out your vitamin. Some ranges 6.50 they are considered okay

I’m taking this vitamin K with vitamin D because I read that I should. It seems to be working for me. I had very low lab results in iron and vitamin D and won’t know if there are actually improvements until my next labs. I can see in my activity tracker that my level of activity has gone up every week for the last six weeks.

Easy to swallow small gel caps at a reasonable price. It’s just what I wanted in ingredient dose and form/type of K, in hopes of improving the calcium absorption into my bones. Too soon to know if it’s working, we’ll see if my bone density is better on next year’s DEXA scan….

Purchased to try and remineralize my teeth I’ve been using for almost a month and noticed a huge difference in my teeth’s appearance and sensitivity. Recommend for those trying to do the same. Bottle is plastic, but does not come across as cheaply manufactured. No smell and easy to swallow.
