This bucket doesn't hold it's shape unless you fill only half of it. I have lost water on several occasions because it would collapse, if you fill half of the container it held it's shape. I will be returning this for probably a bucket that has more structure. I bought this product for the zipper, to keep critters out of it on a camping trip. The water also leaks thru the zipper.

I found the Naturehike 20L collapsible bucket quite useful on my recent beach camping trip to Padre Island National Seashore. It was very convenient for carrying seawater from the beach to our campsite nearby, where we used it for various clean-up tasks. The bucket held up well and didn't leak at all, which was great. And when it was time to pack up and head home, it collapsed down to a really compact size. This made it easy to stow away in my SUV without taking up much space. While the handle could have been a bit more comfortable to hold when the bucket was full, it wasn't a major problem. Overall, I was pleased with how this bucket performed during our camping trip. It served its purpose well and made certain tasks a lot easier. If you're looking for a collapsible bucket to take beach camping, this is a solid choice to consider.

The drain broke open and leaked the first time we filled the bucket with water. We never got to use the product.

I was hoping this would stay upright in my truck when ridding up the road. Trying to carry 20L of water is no simple task. Maybe I expended too much however you would think even with the bucket stationary that the zippered lid would keep the water secured if it tips over. Well it won’t and the water rushes out through the zipper if tipped over.

It works great as advertised.

I love NatureHike products. The tent I got from them years ago is still going strong, so as soon as I saw this bucket I snagged it. And it exceeds my expectations. It could certainly be used as a portable sink, and the instructions note that it can take water up to 80 degrees Celsius, which would be helpful for either dishwashing or hand laundry. I might even fill it with soapy water to have a campsite hand washing sink - the drain at the bottom could also be used as just a spout. And it could be used for so much more! Storage. Trash. Even an extra suitcase - no reason you couldn't put clothes in there! The lid is transparent so it is easy to see what is inside, The lid zips up so securely that I'd be comfortable carrying just about anything that wasn't sharp in it. It is very lightweight so the usefulness-to-weight value is quite high. It is also easy to clean; be sure to let it dry thoroughly before storing.
