This seemed to put this earthy girl in a mellow mood and did not have a bad taste. I purchased it for general health and well being. I mixed it into a cacao drink that I make that tastes like a treat, but is actually very healthy. I am excited to see what I can add it to, in the future (soups & smoothies, perhaps). I plan to repurchase. If I could think of anything that was disappointing it would be that it developed rather hard clumps before I even finished the canister. I have it in a cool, dark place, so not sure why it did that. Now, I have to bang it on the counter and try to break up the clumps before each use...Also, I noticed that this photo features a sealable pouch. Perhaps, they received some feedback on the clumps and transitioned to the pouch in order to prevent this issue. It includes a great variety of beneficial mushrooms... all of the ones that I was interested in trying. I ordered this again and still is in a round canister, not the pouch that is shown. Still has clump issue. I sure wish they would FIX this!!! Pain in the rear to use clumpy product towards the last 10 or so scoops. Otherwise, great product.

Love this item!! Worked extremely well. And have ordered it twice. Unfortunately when I went to reorder the price was more than 100% more. I paid $13.62 with tax. It is now $30.00

I got this on Prime day on sale - I have been wanting to try the mushrooms as I have autoimmune issues which I treat naturally. Mushrooms are supposed to be very helpful in keeping your immune system healthy and has lots of other benefits for your body and mind. Anyway it was on sale so I bought some. The can fits in the palm of my hand with lots of space around it. Very small can. The taste is good mixed wiht my barley drink every morning and I think I feel better when I drink it than when I don't. I just don't know that I can justify the cost in the future once this can is gone. Maybe if on sale again but I am on a fixed budget and must be careful of my finances. With all groceries and drugs going up every day it's getting harder to be able to buy luxuries like this mushroom drink.

This tasted good & helped with my gut, just sucked that it didn’t last long because it had so many healthy benefits & more of those important mushrooms.

Love the product, do not love the new packaging. This mushroom blend, which I've used for years and have loved, now comes in a pouch versus a little canister. I understand that it's probably more economical to use a pouch, however, it's not a great customer experience. I'm on a subscription to save money and to receive regular shipments. Last shipment was the first time it came in this pouch. It was awkward to scoop the product and got all over my hands and knuckles while trying to scoop it out. It also felt like there was a substantial amount of product waste in the creases of the pouch and this is not an inexpensive item. Today, the shipment came and when I opened the UPS envelope, this powder was all over the envelope on the inside and all over the other items that I had ordered. Another fail. Not sure if I will continue to order this. The price has gone up substantially and now the product waste level has increased. Not thrilled. Fix this please.

I was having heart arrhythmia. Then suddenly I realized, I never gave it a thought, until I ran out of money and didn’t replace this mushroom.blend. Then, my heart arrhythmia came back strong.. I researched it and it’s the Codyseps in it that help regulate heart beet.

I have been using Four Sigmatic (super hero) defend blend to help combat chronic fatique for years now and I swear by it. It's the only thing that helps me get through my day. It's cheaper than some recommended medications with no side effects. I usually put one scoop into a cup of coffee in the morning to get a boost of energy, then another scoop in my smoothie which breaks down slower in my system, giving me energy throughout the day. I went from dealing with narcoleptic spells to being able to enjoy my life again. I've never had any complaints about serving size or cost, because it's been a life saver! However.. I feel the need to comment on the continued adjustments to their servings and packaging.. I loved their original tin containers and loathed when they started sending out plastic scoops with their product. These plastic spoons are just awful and make me grumble everytime. They collect clumped up powder. You have to go digging for them in the containers each time you use it, wasting any extra powder by getting it stuck on your hands or under your nails because the dried mushrooms react to the smallest amounts of moisture. You can run your hands together to try and get some of the product back in the container, but more than likely it's washed off in the sink. This stuff is GOLD to me, so even the smallest waste irritates me. And now they've change the scoop size and serving portion.. I suffer from serious brain fog, so a lot of my activities are set up routinely so I don't throw off my day. If the serving size changes and I don't notice, my day can go from good to bad real fast. I have a health condition where I have to monitor my heart, and if I accidentally overdose my coffee and my smoothie because I don't look at their suggested portions each time, I'm screwed.. I don't assume others deal with this same frustration, but I would love it if Four Sigmatic could ditch the plastic, sell us a branded starter container with a metal spoon and a bag full of powder, so we don't waste our money purchasing irrelvent items, and just add the freakin' serving size to the package. Not 1 or 2 "scoops" but real servings like 2 "teaspoons". Then I can set up monthly purchases for a replacement bag (hopefully eco-friendly) and determine how much of the supplement I want daily. I don't want to speak for others, but as it stands for me, I'm a grown a** woman who is lucky enough to be blessed with the ownership of serving spoons, so I don't need all these protein and supplement companies supplying me with more things to recycle! It would be super radical to see one of these companies finally grasp that concept and stabalize their product..

21 servings. They claim 3/4 tsp is a serving and that each bag has 30 servings. I bought a 3/4 tsp just for this item and I got 3 weeks out of 1 bag. Taste is minimal which is nice but I am missing a good chunk of the product they said I should have. It mixes decent with hot coffee but I have had it chunky at times.

It was a great additional kick to my morning hot drink.

Can be blended in coffee.

Es wundert ja schon, wenn auf der Verpackung vermerkt ist, dass der Bleigehalt evtl hoch ist... Habe diese Mischung zwei, drej mal nur genommen. Wie ich es von anderen Mischungen kenne - im Kaffee. Mein Magen hat jedesmal mit spürbarer Übelkeit reagiert. Nach zwei Tagen, hat mein Körper mit einem Ausschlag reagiert am kompletten Körper. Das gab es bisher noch nie. Ob sich um eine Reishi Dermatitis handelte, die aber dann normalerweise anders aussieht, oder andere Verunreinigungen vorlagen, werde ich wohl nie erfahren. Ich hatte so etwas jedoch noch nie zuvor und dieses Produkt geht direkt in den Müll.

Geschmack ist echt Eckelhaft.
