Love it!
This little exercise thing has been a lifesaver, I needed something to try to scratch the fishing itch while getting through winter, just something to do with my hands lol. After a few days I did notice my hands and forearm are starting to get a lot stronger and more balanced as I did both sides. It’s fun and easy and works really well. It sounds like a little jet engine and my kids think the color and lights are cool too

No longer works
Worked well for a while, had it in my climbing bag and used it to for warm up all the time... but it recently just stopped winding up. This clearly isnt a durable product. If I take it apart, I can get it to wind up, but as soon as I put it back together, it stops winding up....there isnt even an alternate start method with a string like other gyro balls have. I used it maybe 15 times..... being sold as rehab equipment, it should be able to be used for much longer. Also it is very loud. Like it squeaks and almost feels like it gets stuck occasionally as if it is not lubricated. Would return but I'm outside the window now.

GREAT SELF-POWER WHOLE ARM EXERCISE
ACELETE GYROSCOPE BALL WRIST EXERCISER REVIEW: Purchased on June 22, 2025 - The WRIST EXERCISER by ACELETE is a great tool for exercising your wrist. The box contains the wrist exerciser and a user manual leaflet. CONSTRUCTIONS: - The wrist exerciser is made of plastic and soft rubber materials. - The lightweight of about one pound is light enough to carry anywhere with carrying case. - The string strap is used for safety keeping the exerciser from slip out of your hands and drop. - The digital LCD display tracks real-time RPM, forces, total time and calorie calculator. - Only 2 buttons to operate, one for the power up and the other for different modes. - The round shape of the exerciser’s body fits perfectly in your hand. - The steel rotating ball fits inside the exerciser and just surfaces enough for winding on start-up. OPERATIONS/CONTROL FUNCTIONS: - This wrist exerciser operates with no battery and self-powered digital display. - The special hard plastic design enhances total control, vibration free, and stability. - The second-generation design with no rope to start up. You only need to push the gyro ball in the direction of the arrows to wind up the inner spring for self-spinning. - The wind-up ball is a little slippery on touch. It could make a little coarse for easier grips. - This wrist exerciser is not only for wrist exercise, but also for the entire arm, especially for people who have Arthritis or Tendonitis, recuperating sore and damaged limbs. - The torque ball creates forces for the hand, wrist, and arm muscles to resist, hence increasing circulations. - You can rotate your wrist as fast and as hard as you want to increase the workout. The faster the speed, the greater the power, and effect of exercise. OVERALL IMPRESSION: - Overall, I really like the workout effects of this arm and wrist exerciser. I felt the effect of my entire arm after every 3-5 minutes of exercise. The perfect round ball and its size and shape make my fingers wrapping around it with ease. It took me a while to learn how to wound it up and get used to the feeling of controlling the spinning of the inner gyroscope. It’s going to be a keeper for me and a 5-stars rating would be appropriate. Hope you’ll enjoy this wrist exerciser as much as I did, Best wishes. Ease of use: It's every easy to operate without looking at the user manual. It's all self-taught

Great hand workout but watch your fingers!
My mom almost got sucked into buying a $75 version of these from an advertorial. I found this one instead for much less! Like the $75 one, it includes a counter - although, I'll be honest, I haven't figured out what it all means exactly. Bottom line, this thing is a remarkable hand exercise. It does take some practice to get used to using it, but once you get the rhythm figured out, it's pretty simple. The downside, it really takes 2 hands to get the thing going. I purchased this with the hopes of using with my husband who is a stroke survivor and suffers with chronic pain in is now-dominant, left hand. Unfortunately, his right hand is useless thanks to the stroke. Because of this, he can't start this gyro ball on his own and while it is possible for me to start it and hand it over, this proves challenging and means that he cant just use it on his own when I'm not around. The other caution - dont get your finger caught in the wheel when it's spinning - i was switching hands and wasn't paying close attention and it sucked in one finger and pinched it really hard! So I would really caution the use of this, especially with children or elderly with thin skin or dexterity issues. And for heaven's sake - use the wrist strap! The fact that it lights up when you get it going is kinda cool and I can't emphasize enough how much of a workout it is for the hand and forearms. Not to mention building coordination. Just a couple minutes and my hand aches! Or maybe I'm just a weakling! Lol

j’ai reçu est totalement défectueux dès la première utilisation. La procédure de retour est inutilement compliquée, ce qui donne l’impression qu’elle est faite pour décourager les clients. C’est inacceptable. Une expérience profondément décevante et frustrante.
