This little exercise thing has been a lifesaver, I needed something to try to scratch the fishing itch while getting through winter, just something to do with my hands lol. After a few days I did notice my hands and forearm are starting to get a lot stronger and more balanced as I did both sides. It’s fun and easy and works really well. It sounds like a little jet engine and my kids think the color and lights are cool too

Doesn’t wind. Took it to my Physical Therapist and he couldn’t get it to wind either. Not even a good paperweight. I’ve been staring at it on my counter and went to return it and I’m one day over the return period

I use this thing for hours! At first I was really bad with gripping the toy because it was so fast but as you begin to use it you'll feel that your forearm and your grip strength will grow in time. I do not see a difference in wrist strength however but I'm not sure how to measure that really. It's super quick and a great gadget spinner too! would definitely recommend!
