I use this for sinusitis, and it definitely works! I've bought this brand twice now because it's actually intended as a probiotic to be consumed internally, and not intended to make sausages. There aren't weird fillers or secondary bacteria included. I also looked up the variety of L Sekei amd it seems to be more shelf stable- and that I have seen firsthand. I just keep the little spoon that comes with it clean and keep it in the back of my fridge, and it has stayed effective for months and months.
