Love these sticks for Zumba toning classs

I purchased these sticks to use at the Zumba Toning class I attend. I had already used some before so these were as expected. How good they are for beginners depends on the beginner. They are lighter and have smaller ends than the purple sticks which can help with some exercises. There are lighter sticks available at the class I attend. Some people may prefer the challenge of the heavier purple ended sticks, depending on their strength and stamina.

Package arrived on time and was left with a neighbour. I received a card through the door telling me where it was as well as an email telling me the name of the person who it was left with. The toning sticks themselves are excellent, having recently signed up to a zumba toning class, they make me feel like I'm no longer the new girl. I'd definitely recommend them to others, from the service down to actually using them. Brilliant!

This was a gift and arrived on time. It takes me longer to write all this stupid reviews if there is something wrong I will say but since I am dealing with the best nothing goes wrong you are always on time or earlier packaged very well and best prices.

They were just what my wife needed for her zumba classes.

These one pound weights used for Zumba toning classes are very good quality. I almost bought cheaper one pound weights for my Zumba class and I am really glad I didn't. Our teacher does not allow other weights - either no weights or the Zumba weights. She said these weights are ergonomically designed not to harm your wrists, whereas traditional weights can be harmful to your wrists while dancing with them. The Zumba weights have a little shaker material inside, adding to the dancing fun.

Ich hab sie für mein Zumba-Training gekauft. Ich benutze sie zwar nicht täglich aber wenn eine Stunde mit Zumba Tonic läuft, dann schwing ich die Teile. Man hört schön am Sand drin, ob man sie richtig schüttelt und sich so auch richtig bewegt. Sie werden in einem praktischen Karton geliefert, damit man sie auch gut transportieren oder verstauen kann. Die jeweilige Farbe der Kullern gibt das Gewicht an. Sie liegen gut in der Hand und es macht Spaß damit zu trainieren.
