Keytones are definitely an awful taste, but these are hands down the best tasting I have found. I also love the way I feel drinking these. The Grapefruit Peach flavor had a strong bitter flavor which I found it difficult to drink. Although the flavor wasn’t the best, everything else was great. I usually have jitters, hand tremors, and increased heart rate from regular energy drinks however, with Key’s I didn’t have noticeable side effects I usually have which was great! The calorie count was relatively low and caffeine content was balanced so there isn’t a concern for drinking excessive amounts of caffeine. You can definitely dilute the flavor with some sparkling water or your beverage of choice.
