We liked the overall product from the instant we unboxed it. It was quite easy to use. The results were as hoped for and very pleasing. This machine is unbelievably quiet yet every bit as good as promised by the seller. We made a large batch of beef jerky for snacks on an upcoming family trip. The quantity and quality it produced in just 6 hours really surprised both Jan, my wifey, and myself. Oh and one last plus is that the cleanup was very easy and quick. Whoever made this machine provided us a big bang for our buck.

The product came, but I am only able to use nine of the metal trays. One tray is bent out of shape. The lattice is pulled off the frame of it, and it will not slide into the unit. I bought a ten unit ended up with a nine tray because one is unusable otherwise product works and is fine

This is a really nice dehydrator. I had the old stacking kind and I dropped the lid, so I replaced it with this one. What an upgrade! Highly recommend it!

We’ve been using it to make Beef Jerkyand so far it’s been working out real good
