Not worth it. Would rather try some other product.
I am writing this review after using it for more than 2 weeks. Although i did not expect much from this it really disappointed me. The temperature doesn't reach 42 deg or 6 deg and it takes quite some time to heat up. But since it automatically shuts off every 3 mins, i cannot use even for 2 mins at right temperature. Can't feel vibration so cannot even feel relaxed. This is the only product from amazon that has disappointed me so much.

Very disappointed
Its arrived sooner than its said to be, but very disappointed with the product, the package is squashed so its ripped like some body sitting on it.its worked for 6 minutes then gone dead, I charged it 5 hours as its said on the instructions but nothing happened. And also when i bought it i paid 29.99£ but a week after price gone down to 19.99£ i feel like i been robbed.

If you cannot go to outside to massage your face it is a good alternative
My baby is very little, it’s difficult to go to do face massage outside thats the reason I tried this face massage. It vibrates and gives you cold or hot massage. I feel much relaxed after use. I just wish they could have a separate small attachments for under-eye, so it could go easily on under-eye area. However good product and value of money. 👍

Cool and warm
This device provides a wide temperature range from 6 to 42°C. I like the cool and warm effects very much as I may use it for relax or even reduce skin/muscles pain. The product is very easy to use and to switch between different modes.

Light doesn’t work.
Very disappointed- was bought his item as a gift, but the red/blue LED light around the plate (that is supposed to stimulate collagen repair) doesn’t come on. We returned it and the replacement had the same fault. Looking at these reviews, I don’t see any with the light on, so I’m guessing none of them actually work but people haven’t noticed as he heat/cold and vibrate functions work ok.

So I bought it, It's not too expensive in skincare products. I've been using it for almost half a month, and I clearly feel that my skin has become a little bit softer.
