I could not be happier with my Longer Ray5 10W laser engraver! As someone who was completely new to laser engraving, I was a bit intimidated at first, but this machine has exceeded all my expectations. • Easy to Assemble: The instructions were crystal clear, and the packaging was excellent. I had it put together in no time without any frustration. • Simple Setup: It is very easy to set up and get started, even for a brand-new user. • Everything Included: I love that everything you need to get started comes right in the box, including three test prints and a pair of protective glasses (both of which you can see in my attached photo of my very first "carve"!). Within an hour of opening it up, I was already running a successful test. • Versatile Connectivity: You can operate this machine completely PC-free using just the touchscreen control panel. When connecting to a computer, it works flawlessly using either the included USB cable or over WiFi. • Flexible Software Options: It gives you total freedom depending on your workflow. It works perfectly with the free LaserGRBL software, as well as the highly acclaimed LightBurn software, which is available at a very reasonable cost. • Powerful Performance: The 10W laser cuts and engraves beautifully with amazing precision.

This longer ray 5 is super easy to setup. Putting it together took about 20 minutes, and getting something to engrave took seconds. I have used a different laser before and it was extremely difficult to use. You can't beat the value you get for this laser. I also had a small problem with the laser. Customer service has also been great and very responsive. This is a great laser and company.

One of the very best lasers for your money. You can't go wrong with this laser. I highly recommend this item.

Useless laser stopped burning after one use. They say they have support but there is zero support . Chat tells you to call or email. Email gives you a generic message everytime. Calling gets you music and a voicemail with NEVER A CALL BACK. Do not buy from this company they litterally stole $300 from me and I got a longer paperweight. If I could give zero stars I would . I’m sorry that Amazon allows them to sell here

Difficult to put together. If they would label the frame pieces it would have been a lot easier. Also, I had to search online for a software to use. I finally found some names on the back of the instruction booklet.
