WOW WOW WOW CHOPPED cast stainless handle, oven safe easy clean up diswasher safe if you must!
My 10 inch nonstick fry pan was identical -to the 8 inch nonstick fry pan that I purchased at the store. Didn't have to drive to the store, stand on line and pay. The cost wasn't that much over what I paid for the smaller pan. What a buy!!!just what I wanted. CHOPPed

Not quite as heavy as pans that came with my Chopped set but still good and it's the size in between the two that came with set
