Open this book and learn how to get away with Pu$$y Power at a level never before seen and change your life. Review: Life Changing - This is one of the best books out there on modern day Man-Woman relationships - in the top 2 in my opinion and I've read MANY! I know this guy won't be to everyone's taste - he pulls no punches and lays it all bare - but if you are sick and tired of treating men the way you'd like to be treated and getting nothing back you will read this and wise up! I disagree with the last reviewer who said G.I. Lambert doesn't like men or women; he is trying to encourage women to reclaim their power and enjoy their femininity rather than continue getting downtrodden and kicked to the kerb. Not all guys are as unevolved as the ones you'll meet on these pages but if you're so happy in love then why are you reading this book? If you aren't being treated the way you know you should be, if you're wasting precious hours of your life trying to figure out why he doesn't seem as interested in you as you are in him, then read this and arm yourself cookie! It's life changing! Review: Try it for yourself - It's a nice book and a good read for long journeys, you'll realize the journey has ended when you look up.

5 stars for confidence building BUT
Don’t follow the dating advice where the author encourages women to make the first move and approach a guy she’s interested in if he isn’t noticing her. It’s not empowering and can’t possibly work. If you do that, the chase is over as the man will know he can get you even before the game has began. The way I see it, unless the man approaches you first, you’re forcing something to happen that simply wasn’t meant to happen. I know the author is trying to empower women to be powerful beyond belief, but when it comes to relationships, the man has to be the aggressor, or he will never fall head over heels with you. He talks about not chasing men but approaching a man kills the chase he needs to fall in love madly. The very first part of the book is AMAZING though, for that alone it deserves 5 stars, the rest I would take with a pinch of salt. I purchased the book not because of relationship problems, every man I’ve dated seriously has always wanted to marry me, but I’m not ready for that kinda thing. Somehow I’m super confident with men, but in life in general and especially work I seem to lack assertiveness. Even though my colleagues think I’m confident, deep down I feel small and let things slide because I don’t want them to dislike me. To hell with that, now that I’m going to unleash my inner Spartan I’ll be unstoppable.

Really good, but...
Upon re-reading it few times, I had to change my review. Studying psychology of relationships gives a lot of insight into what's working and what's not - and I have recent real-life examples to prove that the advice in this book doesn't always work the way it's intended. Although Lambert does a fairly good job with empowering women, he puts a bit too much emphasis on putting yourself on the pedestal. That kind of egoic behaviour, sadly, often leads to the "I am the best, everyone else is a moron" thinking. I see the point of bringing out quantum physics/law of attraction, but certain aspects (like "shopping" mindset, ie. if a guy doesn't make up his mind within certain period of time, you cut him off) encourages lack of respect towards human beings. Lambert does put emphasis on communication (instead of being passive aggressive) and that's great, but at the same not following his advice automatically makes you a "basic b*tch", which suggests that all girls who break his "rules" and yet are in happy relationships (apparently not possible?) are just "placeholders" waiting to be replaced for the "game changer". I dare to disagree. The whole book is a mixture of a really great advice, some very egoistic pointers and a bit of very, very poor tips. As such, even though the book can teach you how to love yourself and be less serious about life, some of the advice is disputable. It is basically one of the "love or hate" positions, so you have to decide yourself which camp you are. I'd recommend it, simply for getting a completely different point of view on relationships & dating.

Brutal but Brilliant
Wow! This book really makes you change the way you think. Brutal at times but a real insight. Middle sections get a little boring to read for the firat and last chapters are great. Well worth a read if you need to gain some control.

Excellent Read Realistically Written!
I chose this rating because I can already see it working like magic in my life. I'm excited about the journey of dating again. I haven't read like that in ages I couldn't put it down. I like the style of writing, the case studies, wealth of experience the author had, the truth! Don't like that there isn't a book out there like this for men to find Spartan women. Correct me if I'm wrong!? Its all good though! I love that this book reminded me of how I used to be! "Sophia home now! :)" I would recommend this book to all women who have breath in their body! Read it and revamp! This is Sparta!

Brutal, honest, REAL!!!
All I'm saying is, if you can truly change your mindset. Your world WILL CHANGE! I totally loved this book - it held no punches. It was painful to read at times, I cringed, I grimaced, my heart skipped but i kept going. I am going to read and read and read until it STICKS with me! This book is not for everyone BUT, if it is for you, YOU WILL KNOW BY THE WAY IT RESONATES WITH YOU. You will know.

Must Have Fantastic book!!
Absolutely fantastic, this book has to be the best book I read in years. As women we are conditioned to be people pleasers and do everything for others, we never put ourselves first. No no no it's not right. This author is awesome, it has given me the kick up the backside I needed. I have now purchased all his books and I cannot wait for Spartan in December, wish it was going to be released sooner like my birthday month October would be great lol. Definitely a must have for every woman. 🤗.

Good ideas, long read
Good, honest advice and ideas. The book could use some extra editing and reorganizing for reading ease and clarity, the whole "Cali" bit seemed as long and tedious as a desert journey.

Great life lessons
Very many lines of of wisdom/wake up calls that are about life as a whole and not just relationships with men/women.

Game-changer if you're already a Spartan.
If I had to boil this book down to one great take-away (for me at least), it's that women are told to give men the power in pursuing women. If the woman pursues, it sets up a bad dynamic-- after all, that could mean HE'S JUST NOT THAT INTO YOU and just using you. When we give men this "power" to pursue us, it leaves us impotent in the process. We begin to doubt our actions (because it's easier than doubting our attractiveness). We lament, "Oh, I must have done this wrong, or I must have done that wrong." When you shovel the path for them, there's no more excuses to be made, but you are naked in the face of rejection. This is something women fear in the game of sex/love because society places our entire value on our attractiveness to men. But I'll tell you, once you start REALLY telling men you are interested (not just giving them the signal it's OK to pursue you)....it legitimately opens up a new world. One where you can objectively evaluate men on their real interest in you (not your reaction to the situation). After all, you've done the work for them. There's NO MORE EXCUSES for their half-interest. Making yourself vulnerable to rejection is pretty life-altering because you don't waste your time wondering any more. Once you've got that power, men just epically fail before your eyes whereas before you'd be saying "Well, maybe if I'd done this differently." Now, it's as clear as day he gets blocked or he's dismissed. I have read a lot of dating books wondering what is wrong with me. I no longer have to follow "rules" for dating nor do I have to "wait" for men. I can finally be myself...or at least the version of myself I think is sexiest. As an aggressive woman, I've always struggled with these issues...after all, I get what I want in every aspect of my life, why should men be any different? Certainly this book was reassuring for me as I was a born Spartan and have never been a Typical Tina, but I was still playing my hand wrong. While I can't say my love life has improved per se, my ATTITUDE regarding my love life has changed. I am definitely empowered. I immediately discard men who do not meet my standards for how I want to be pursued. If I'm not interested in a relationship with them, but I want to seduce them, I do. I don't try and make a sow's ear into a silk purse (lord knows I've tried). In addition, I'm definitely getting a much higher quality of men now that I'm in charge. If I'm going to tell a man I want him to pursue me, he's gonna have to be a dime. I no longer waste my time waiting for the mouth-breather across the bar to win the bet with his friends he'll come talk to me, get excited when he (someone, anyone) finally DOES HAVE THE NADS and then pity-date him into an eventual engagement. Also, while I can't say I exactly relate to the women he uses in his examples (they are VERY brazen where I prefer to be a little more seductive), his take on men the type of man I hope to land is pretty spot on. My only other criticism is pretty explainable due to the nature of selling books. Sorry, but this book is not for "nice" women or "basic" women. Unlike the author, I don't believe every woman is born a Spartan or has the capabilities he suggests (just like not everyone is going to be an Olympic athlete or neuroscientist). I believe this book is best suited for women who are already Spartans...pretty self-aware, dimensional and evolved, but yet still continue to settle because somehow their lack of shortcomings is a shortcoming in and of itself.
