Excellent product. Always keep these in my medical box and save a trip to the drs. Work well especially if stared before bedtime. Not a nice aftertaste but so so bad if fully dissolved

didn’t work for me (but i guess need proper treatment - antibiotics)
Unfortunately, this didn’t work for me, but I can't blame the product — I’m on my 5th course of antibiotics! It seems the medications are being given without knowing what kind of bacteria is actually growing, so they’re not helping much. The product itself seems fine, but it probably wasn’t strong enough to work in my case since I need proper treatment - so i don't feel in the position to give negative rating. It might work better for others who don’t have the same issue, but for me, it’s just not the right solution right now.

A very good item for bladder infection and it worked relatively quick. By day 4 it was gone
