the flavor is spot on for rainbow sherbet. A little salty on the end note, but works amazing for hydration. I always keep a few packs of these in my car in the summer time. A must have for any prolonged outdoor activity, especially if you live in the south!!

It’s a little nostalgic, kind of like a melted popsicle, but some people might find it overly sweet or slightly artificial. The hydration benefits are real—when I’m feeling drained after a workout or long day in the sun, I notice a difference within 20–30 minutes. I like that it’s sugar-free and uses allulose and stevia instead, which makes it more keto- and diabetic-friendly. That said, it is salty—around 500 mg of sodium per serving. I highly recommend mixing it with more than the suggested 16 oz of water. I usually use 24–28 oz to mellow out both the saltiness and sweetness, and it still works great. I love Liquid IV. This does taste like rainbow sherbet. This does hydrate you. Easy to use, dissolves well in ice water. I believe these are very effective. I drink 1 per day per my cardio doctors orders. Overall, great value for the money.

I expected the flavor to be sweeter but surprisingly it wasn’t. It has a mild taste which I appreciate. It always seems pricey but comparable to other hydration products. Mixes well too.

I think that this might be my new favorite flavor! It's sweet but not too sweet. Just perfect. I do add it to about 20-25oz of water. I keep these handy at work, home, and with me when I travel. Living in Florida, sometimes you need a quick hydration and helps me feel better and energized again.

It dissolves very well, easy to prepare and has a very good flavor. I like the fact that it's sugar-free
